Rebuilt top of chimney and chimney cap and expansion joint on 22 year old badly decaying chimney. New brick matched well. Started on schedule considering weather downturn and rain . cleaned up area and restored landscaped work area. Good value for dollar. Work done quietly.

Removed insert, did very good Inspection. Exceptional company, thorough, excellent value. Hired for additional work . Reminder of service provided in days past. Personable associates.

Inspection was done when I needed it done and the report came back very quickly. They even helped me to get an estimate when they certainly did not need to.

Appreciated the professional manner the gentlemen showed. Also they both wore photo badges showing their certification information. As the cleaning was for two chimney's we were showed for each via video what they were seeing and had explained to us each problem. Hopefully in the near future the problems will be fixed by Mid-Valley.

Very pleased with the pros who attended to my problem. They cleaned my fireplace and chimney, removing the remains that were permiating our entire home. Inspected our chimney at the roof level and informed me of the needed repairs, for a modest fee. I appreciated their honest input. They will return in Oct. to complete the repairs.
