Mid-Valley Chimney Repair & Sweep

Description of Work: Mid-Valley replaced 10 damaged bricks on our chimney, formed and poured a new cap, and then sealed the brick. The quality was very good and done in a timely manner. The only issue I had was that even with the damper closed, we got some dust in the house when they cut out the old brick so if you have this done, cover the opening of the fireplace with plastic and duct tape. That said, these guys do great work.

Description of Work: They were here at 9am sharp just as Matt said they would be. Very friendly,courteous and professional guy. Matt took the time to explain the process and did a great job. He took care not to get our floors dirty and cleaned up everything nicely. I had to call him back to re-coat the chimney where the roofers had re-flashed it and adjust the damper cage a bit. He came right out and squared everything up.

Description of Work: Arrived on time - put dowm drop cloths, explained what he was doing and did a neat job, cleaned up. Went the extra mile to fix damper which was not part of sweeping.

Description of Work: Very professional and beautiful work. Replaced chimney cap along with 14 layers of bricks on outside of fireplace. Also cleaned out the fireplace. Would definitely recommend again. They did a lot more than what I have written but my husband has the report but I can say that their price was VERY competitive and would highly recommend.

Description of Work: point and tuck all brick, replace flue tile and brand new chimney cap and covers.
