There were no problems. All work was done without me needing to be on site. This is a rental house and it is convenient when the contractor can deal with the tenants and take my payment over the phone.

Technician arrived on time and performed all requested work satisfactorily and efficiently; all work was completed in only a few hours. Answered all my questions regarding recommended future servicing and maintenance. Would use this provider again for future needs.

Easy to schedule appointments with. Showed up on time and knocked the job out in a few hours. Cleaned up after themselves. Great attention to detail with caulking the weather stripping and adding angle iron to strengthen the track.

Leland answered my call and scheduled to come out in days, not weeks. He was here on time and called in advance. He did his job quickly with little input needed from me. He cleaned up everything and checked to make sure all equipment worked while I was there before he left.

GREAT ! They were on time and very professional. They quoted about a 1.5 hours and were almost on the dot. They cleaned up all the mess and you would have not known they were there. I'd use them again.

The service for the big deal from LG Exteriors was a garage door deal for a tune up or a roller replacement was also excellent. The big deal was for 89 dollars and I paid 89 dollars. I remember that it was a really cool day. I thought that he was very thorough. It did take a little while for me to be scheduled but other than that I had no complaints. It was a couple of weeks probably. There is nothing that I disliked about them really. They were there when they said they would be but it just took a long while for them to schedule me. Maybe I will use them again in the future.

My garage door popped out of the guide rails and was stuck open. Mr. Yoder, the company owner, responded to my call promptly and was on site within three hours of my request for help. He was professional and efficient completing the job in less time than he had estimated. Afterwards, he took time to educate me about what he had done, what to expect from my door and opener, and some recommendations for possible service in the future. I was completely satisfied. If I need garage door service in the future, I will call on him again.

Scheduled Leland to replace the spring on one of the doors and install a new garage door opener. He arrived early, checked out both doors and went over what I wanted done. I asked if I could get a quieter opener and he recommended changing from a chain to a belt. Definitely made a difference in reducing the noise. He also thought the rollers on both doors looked due to be replaced and asked if I wanted that done, without being pushy. They got it all done in under 2 hours and I plan to call them again when the doors need to be replaced.

Contractors arrived on time. Said they would take care of any problems. Did not point out the work to be done. As far as I can tell, they just sprayed WD40 to the exterior of all parts. In order to provide some oversight of their activities, I went to check on them after 15 minutes, and they were already done! ($340/hr!). They said they found no special problems.

We purchased a deal for $79 to have our garage door tuned up and the rollers replaced. The door had stopped operating correctly during cold weather. They came out very promptly and did everything as promised. Additionally, the inspection revealed some other parts were wearing out and rubbing together, causing obvious additional problems. They offered to do the additional work for a reasonable price and we agreed. In a few hours, we had a garage door that was running like new! Could not have asked for anything more! Thank you!

The maintenance service on the one garage door was perfect and he provided a good assessment of the durability of the parts. He was able to service the other door the same day. He explained what went wrong with our installation without making us feel dumb. Carefully explained what needed to be done and made the new remote openers work as well. The response to come out for the service was really fast as well. We live far east of Cincinnati and often can't get anyone to come out as soon as we would like. The weather was bad the day he came and he was right on time, no drama about the location. I will definitely use this service again.

He came out of his way on a Saturday, fixed it very quickly and did a great job.

Nice man showed up, friendly, responsible. Checked the chain, which was making noise, and offered a new system, which I considered. It ultimately didn’t fit in the garage ceiling, after he tried for quite a while. He was disappointed, as was I. I asked him if he could change the “doorbell” garage opener button, but he could not.

Leland was very professional and courteous on the phone and during the repair. I called him in the evening and he was able to schedule me the first thing for the next morning . He fixed the major issue with my garage door (the torsion springs) and it worked. He then showed me some broken hinges that I hadn't noticed and suggested that I change the rollers. He did not pressure me for the sale. He let me know what the costs were throughout the process and then let me know what further repairs would cost. The cost was fair and the repair was performed correctly and expediently. His invoice explained the costs very well and was detailed. It was a pleasure doing business with this company and I will look to LG Exteriors for any future purchases, ensuing installation, or repairs that I may need in the far future.

It was a one-man show but he was very good. He was quiet and did a first class job. The price was reasonable.

Leland responded promptly to my purchase of a new garage door opener through an Angie's List big deal. He arrived on time and completed the project within the time estimate he had given me. Thoroughly explained what he did, how everything worked, and cleaned up the area before he left. He returned at a later date for a minor adjustment and to do some additional work for me.
