Great, everything was don't quickly, and professionally.

Very responsive and punctual. Leland provided a quote, followed up, and performed the services within 2 days of my call to give him the go-ahead.

I had the apt scheduled for 3 to 5 p.m. and he called to see if he could show up early which worked out great for me. He did a great job listening to my issues and explained everything to me on what he was going to do. I would definitely use them again. Great service and great price for all he did. My garage door was not stopping and hitting the door opener and he adjusted the box to stop this and tightened chain as well as lubricated all moving parts and replaced rollers. The door now opens and closes a lot smoother and more quiet than before the tune up.

Simply put, they are fantastic. They are prompt in their email responses. They are prompt when arriving to work (actually, my guy was early). Their prices are at the very least competitive, if not cheaper than the rest. My tech got to house, and was on his way in roughly 1.5hrs, which included handing another customer over the phone. I would without a doubt recommend these guys.

I called LG Exteriors with a problem that needed an immediate resolution. The springs on my garage door broke, with my car inside the garage. I had less than 3 hours before I needed to be at the airport to pick up my daughter coming in from Austin. I called at 5:15 in the afternoon and the team showed up by 5:45...problem solved by 6:30. Arrived on time. I was a repeat customer saw deal on Amazon Local for garage door servicing with roller replacement. Leland pointed out a cracked hinge and informed with age of garage that original springs could be a problem in future. I decided to replace springs. I'm glad I did. Garage door opens and closes so smoothly now. Highly recommend LG Exteriors for all garage door repairs.

Leland call to confirm appointment times and arrived exactly as scheduled. We discussed what I would like done and he told me how long he thought it should take. He was finished quicker than he thought, and the job was done perfectly. He did such a great job that I consulted with him on possible future upgrades. He discuss this with me, gave me estimates, and was never pushy to get them done immediately. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future! LG Exteriors does a great job. They ended up having to redo part of the framing where the spring bracket connects to the building. This was not part of the original estimate, but they made sure everything was done right.

LG (Leland) came to our house and provided various options and pricing for us to choose from. Upon finalizing our choices and placing our order Leland indicated it would be about 2 weeks before installation. It took longer, 4 weeks, but the installation went smoothly. The door looks good and the opener operates well. LG provided a few days before their estimated time of arrival for the installation day and arrived on time. The installation process took about 5 hours.

I called LG Exteriors and told them that my garage door wouldn't open, looked like the large spring above the door was snapped in 2 (about 20 years old). Leland (owner?) asked if it was an emergency, I said no my car wasn't stuck inside the garage. We scheduled an appointment for 2 days later. Leland arrived at the scheduled time. They replaced the spring on the 2-car garage door. I also asked him if he could do a "tune-up" on both the single and 2-car garages. They were making alot of noise. Everything is great. The garage doors are now very quiet. Leland said that my 1-car opener is from 2012 and is in good shape. The opener for my 2-car garage is from 1996, but he said it is in great shape, especially after the tune-up. Overall, a really good experience with LG Exteriors. Leland and his assistant were very respectful and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Would definitely recommend to others.

Service was scheduled between 9 and 11 AM on 8/17 -- the technician called at 9:00 to say he'd be there by 9:30, which he was. He was professional, courteous and prompt. After he did the basic tune-up service, he pointed out the cables that were beginning to fray and would eventually need to be replaced, but did not try to force me into buying something. He also mentioned that the garage door opener usually lasts 10-15 years, and mine had been installed in 2004 -- he encouraged me NOT to replace it until it stopped working -- and I really appreciated it. Being on a fixed income, I appreciate someone with the integrity of LB Exteriors, since this kind of honest business is difficult to find in 2015! He was thorough and honest --awesome! I would give LG Exteriors a ten+ and would not hesitate to use them (and recommend them) again.

The service was great. LG called just from a message on Angie's List. Gave me an estimate over the phone and showed up for the appointment on time. Great job, would use them again.

I bought a groupon for my daughter to have her recent nonworking garage door inspected and repaired. They were very attentive and responded back to my emails immediately. Work was scheduled right away the same day contacted and the work done as described within a week to meet her schedule. My daughter stated " They were GREAT and did a fantastic job." They were on time for scheduled appointment and extremely nice"

It went very well. He was very efficient and nice. Explained things clearly, and we'll probably use them later on in the year for other garage door needs.

Fabulous job. Both our springs broke, so we were stranded with both cars in the garage and couldn't go anywhere, including to work. Once Leyland learned of our plight he rearranged his full schedule to take care of us. Couldn't ask for better service. He has certainly earned his high rating.

It turned out good. They came out 4 to 5 days of me purchasing the deal. Basically, they did what they have described in the ad. It seemed to be very fair.

I requested the maintenance service and he called me back within an hour saying he had an opening today. So, I took him up on it. He was at my house early. Leland is a quiet guy, but is great at explaining what he did. The maintenance package included new rollers, plus tightening fastners and oiling up all he parts. A nice full-service job for a great price! After he was done, he explained a few things to keep an eye out for. The system is about to hit it's expiration date, but all is well for now. So, he just wanted me to know what the signs are, before we have big problems. I appreciated that greatly as I know nothing about the inner workings of a garage door. My garage door is SO much quieter. No more screeching, jiggling or making noise in the track. The only thing I hear is the normal sound of a motor. I would highly recommend Leland of LG. He did a great job and was very easy to deal with...plus when he has an opening earlier than expected, he'll offer it to you! Great service, nice guy and good work.

I found them on Angie?s List and they have over 275 reviews. They quoted me the exact same thing that the previous company quoted except they were about $300 cheaper. So I gave them a down payment and I find Angie?s List very helpful. I am banking on all that reviews that these guys did a fantastic job. I provided them the information for what I have been quoted on but I did not give them the quote. So I gave them the exact model of the garage door I have been quoted for and then I did not tell them that the price was.

Owner did the work. He was on time, did what was promised, and kept area clean.

Door slammed shut when spring broke at 5:00PM on a Friday. Went to Angie's List to find a repairman. Found LG and saw his service hours were till 8:00PM. Called immediately. Leland was here by 6:00 (called me 15 minutes away to give me an update on his arrival time) and the services were completed by 7:15. Very pleased! Would certainly use provider for any future garage door issues.

I could not have asked for a better experience! Leland was on time, he communicated well, and he was very personable. I especially appreciated how he explained what needed to be done to make my garage door operate better without being condescending. As a woman, I've often run into that with the other garage door companies I've used in the past. The other great thing about Leland is that he underpromises and overdelivers. He said the work would take about an hour, and he was done in less than that time! The best part is my garage door no longer squeals and shimmies. It's never been so smooth!! I'd recommend this company to friends and family, no hesitation!

Called on a Tuesday. Scheduled for Thursday. Came a little early, but they called in advance. Completed work to our satisfaction. Very professional and courteous. Would use them again.

So my husband is handy, however he followed that Overhead Door (original garage door manufacturer) told him to use when buying the replacement part. However after following the directions they gave him (they told him to install on the right side) he couldn't get it to work. Out of his frustration I contacted 3 different garage repair people last night (not expecting a reply till the following day) and was pleasantly surprised LG Exteriors quickly replied to my message asking me clarifying questions and giving me a quote as to what it would cost to repair. He was able to schedule me the following day (today) for a time frame he could arrive and would call before he would come to make sure that time would work. He did call and showed up soon after and discovered that the spring was installed on the wrong side (opposite of what the Overhead Door company told us) and in less than an hour he fixed the problem. They were pleasant, on time, affordable, and quick to repair the issue. (I think angieslist app has a flaw as it won't allow me to enter the price---it shows dates instead of numbers). The cost was $159 which is with tax
