Description of Work: I bought the deal online to have a garage door tune up and rollers replaced for $89.00 We had a spot of trouble with our garage door a day after I placed the order, so the timing was great. The company contacted me via email within 48 hours of my purchase to schedule a visit; once a date was set they were very punctual and polite. The employee even had the equipment and time to figure out what was wrong with the garage door and do a service for our second garage door. He estimated it would take him a little over an hour to complete the servicing of both doors, and he was right on time. The doors seem to be working well and the whole expereience was very positive!

Description of Work: Leland came out promptly after I had to reschedule. He phoned first, arrived on time, and fixed my garage door problems. He performed the advertised services as well as replaced a loose bolt he noticed! I would most definitely call him again with any other garage door problems. Nice man, professional, and respectful.

Description of Work: Our garage door stopped working. We tried to fix it ourselves but could'nt. I called LG Exteriors from Angies List to inquire about rates to fix the problem. He patiently asked me what the symptoms were and then calmly helped me fix the problem over the phone. He said that he'd try to help me avoid a sevice call if he could and that is exactly what he did. A couple other companies I called before LG Exteriors just seemed to want to send someone out at a high cost. Knowledgeable and kind. Thank you.

Description of Work: I really appreciated that I was called before he arrived. About a half an hour he called and said he would be there at a specific time. This allowed me to get may car out of the garage and make sure he would have access to all parts of the garage door system.
