Description of Work: My garage door spring had broken, trapping my car in the garage. LG was able to come the day I called, and showed up a little earlier than earlier than estimated. They tuned up the door mechanism and it is now qieter than it has been in years.

Description of Work: They replaced the garage door rollers and made a recommendation to keep an eye on how the motor and gears are operating, as they may need replacement in the future. I appreciated them not pressuring us to replace them at the time of the appointment. They were done in 15-20 minutes. We will use Overhead Door for any major repair work

Description of Work: I hired them for a garage door tune-up; they also replaced the springs due to the age of the door and to prevent additional breakdown. Workers arrived promptly - actually early, finished in good time and did a very good job.

Description of Work: Purchased a garage door tuneup through Angie's list. They reviewed the door and recommended replacement. I expressed concern about a metal door because of my uneven garage floor. They said that a thicker bottom seal would eliminate the issue and I agreed to proceed. Unfortunetly, the door was installed in the winter and the seal was too cold and stiff to conform to the floor. They said that after the weather warmed up the issue could be resolved. During warmer weather that issue resolved itself. I contacted the supplier about an additional and they quickly corrected the issue.

The price and the work involved in these extra services were outlined before I agreed with no pressure. Once they began the work continued uninterrupted until the job was completed. I would call this company again for future needs.
