Description of Work: $80 special for a garage door tune up. The guy arrives with a can of WD40, borrows my ladder and a bar of soap, and proceeds to spray/soap down my rails, taking a total of 10 minutes. Not exactly worth it.

Description of Work: Steel framing of door was cracked so door sagged when open. They put bracing on the door so door wouldn't sag. The door now works good.

Our call for service was taken and the response time was good. Leland arrived as scheduled and checked the garage door system making the necessary adjustments to correct the problem. We were very pleased with his knowledge and would call this company again for service.

I had Leland put in a new garage door. It works and looks great! He also removed the old garage door and got rid of it. He included a year warranty. He was easy to work with and communication was great.

lubricated all hardware, changed worn out rollers with new nylon rollers. Adjusted the track and opener, chaked that everything worked properly and tested out everything. When the job was finished the garage door worked like new again and afer talking to the service tech he gave me some tips to keeping it running this was and in top shape.

I also needed new weatherstripping and it was added in addition. The whole tune up went smoothly, with craftsmanship and high quality.
Description of Work: LG Exteriors tuned up the Garage door, including all lubrication of cables, springs and hinges. Adjustments were made to the door and new nylon ball bearing rollers were installed. Everything was done in a quality professional way.

We were having issues with our 16 year old garage door opener. When we would push the button, it wouldn't go all the way down unless you continued to hold the button down. It was finally time to find out what was wrong. We had purchased an Angie's list deal for a tune up and installation of new vinyl garage door rollers from LG Exteriors. When they came by the did a thorough inspection of the situation and came to the conclusion that a new opener was needed. They quickly ordered the opener and scheduled a time to come back and install it. The initial visit was a Thursday and they installed the new opener the following Wednesday. They were very prompt and polite. The garage door is so quiet it's unbelievable. The keypad is also really nice and works great! I was dreading having to deal with the hassle of getting the garage door repaired but with LG Exteriors it wasn't a hassle at all.
Description of Work: Replaced wheels, tuned up garage door, installed new garage door opener and keypad to garage.

He was very prompt in quoting the job and putting me on the schedule and gave a 4 hour window of when he would arrive. He called 15 minutes before he arrived on the scheduled day and performed work as described. He suggested a few more things that needed completed but did not pressure us to do anything right away. Very nice and professional. Price was exact. Will use again.
