Provided references, arrived on time, completed job on time. COMPLETE clean up and all old items taken with them. EXPLAINED what needs to be done by us, to keep it at the best operating condition. Added us to his email list that he will follow up with us every 90 days with a email if we had any questions.

He arrived on time calling ahead, performed the work and explained what he did, the condition of the door and what kind of issues I can expect to have in the future.

Leland did a fine job and the door sounds so much better now that he has lubricated all the springs and checked everything out. We set a time and date and he called that morning to make give a more exact time. He was right on time and went about his work and was away in about 45 minutes. He found crucial bolt was very loose and could have been a problem in the future. He replaced that bolt and checked out all the other aspects of the door. I am pleased with his work and would use him again.

It went fine. My husband has dealt with them and I assume that he paid whatever the man who came out quoted. I was complaining that the garage door was so loud so he put in plastic rollers instead of metal rollers and he lubricated them. He did a good job and he improved the functioning of the door. It is quieter now. I do not know how much my husband paid but he did not complain.

Leland was responsive and got back to me quickly, scheduled the appointment for the following week and arrived on time. He was a pleasure to work with and did a professional job tuning up both of my garage doors. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and will definitely call him again for any future garage door needs.

1. He couldn't get to me the first day due to the job he had that morning took longer. He called me early enough and made another appointment for Friday from 3-5. Was on time, called to say he was on his way and immediately started repairing door. Did and awesome job and so friendly and kind. Enjoyed him very much. Thanks Angie for having him on your list.

On the the repair person was very professional and did not try to talk me into doing any extra work on the doors. On the negative side, he did not tell me upfront that I would be chagred 3% if I used my credit card to pay the bill.

Leland checked out my garage door and the garage door opener. He is very knowlegeable and top of the line in service and information concerning garage doors and openers. I will use him to purchase a new garage door opener when my 1992 unit dies. He made my old opener good as new and quieter than it was when it was new. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I recommend him highly.

Leland called me ahead of time and was very punctual even though their company was at least an hour away from me. He was very friendly and nice, very professional and immediately began his work. I had gotten Angie's special price of $129 to check, recondition, lube and replace the old garage door rollers, but could only afford to do one of my garage doors at this time. But Leland went ahead and lubricated my other one for me anyway (that side is not used very often). He then mentioned it was missing the bracket and that it was going to continue to pull on my door since it was attached directly to the door and not attached to a bracket like the other door was. I knew this and had been concerned about it for some time, but had forgotten about it. I asked him how much the additional cost would be to add a new bracket to it and attach it properly. He told me he would do it for $30. I thought this was a good price and had him go ahead and do it while he was here. So altogether the cost was $159 but was well worth it. I actually played with the side that had the new rollers installed after he left because it was hard to believe how much quieter it was. I would definitely recommend this company.

We purchased the "big deal" from Angie's List for a garage door tuneup. Leland emailed quickly to set up a date and time for service. On the day of service, he called to see if he could come early, and waited patiently when he beat me to the house since I was not home yet myself. He was courteous and friendly, and performed the work quickly and efficiently. He didn't try to sell me on any other services, and our garage door opener is significantly quieter now. We would happily use LG Exteriors again, and will recommend to friends.

Leland Yoder quickly contacted me to schedule the work after I bought a "garage door" tune-up from Angie's List. We settled on a near term date to complete the work. I also expanded the work task via e-mail to include the weather seals which he agreed to accomplish. Leland arrived at my home as scheduled, assessed the tasks requested and moved to accomplish the job. Working on 50 year old wooden doors with painted-over hardware is not an easy task, but Leland had the proper tools and skills to complete the job professionally in a timely manner. The price to provide the materials and complete the work seemed a little high to me, but I did not research the cost or pursue other bids for the job, so I have little basis to judge the cost. Leland was very specific on the exact work to be done and cost before he completed the work. I was also very pleased that Leland did not try to expand the work task or try to sell me anything extra once he arrived - which I'm sure he could have based on the age and condition of my garage doors and openers. Overall I was very pleased with Leland's performance and work accomplished.

Leland did an excellent job. He is a very kind, helpful man who answered all questions & helped me to understand the details of proper garage door performance. Leland is willing to give information beyond the task at hand. He is very knowledgeable about all things garage doors. Before he came, our garage doors were very noisy when opening & closing. After his visit, the noise volume is much lower & acceptable.

This guy is awesome. Gave us 3 primary options with several add on options. We went with the double sided steel door with the carriage look. We ordered a custom color and he called us as soon as it was in. He showed up as expected and was great througout the whole process. We love our new door and couldnt ask for a better price or overall value.

Had LG in this morning for an embarrassing loud garage door. He gave me a call to let me know what time to expect him, explained what he was going to do, and why. And did the work quickly and professionally. The difference between the before and after was dramatic in the operation and sound of the garage door opening and closing. Would recommend highly, and I'll probably use them for other work I need done.

Called the day after Memorial Day and he came out the next day to inspect old, damaged garage door and provide estimate. He was on time, very courteous and had various doors to select from. He called to see if the door was available and returned the next day to do the job. He was on time and called 15 minutes prior to arrival for both appts. He did a flow up call with me to make sure that zi was satisfied with the job. He removed all old material and the site was clean. (Old door, rails, etc) would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends

Despite having a full day already, he fit us in to make sure the repairs were completed before we left on vacation. Efficient and professional. Repairs completed in less than an hour. Highly recommend for garage door repairs.

I had a new garage door installed 2 years ago by a different company. The garage door became very loud after the first year of service and sounded like I was opening a door on a very old building (screeching noise). I contacted that company last summer and they basically blew me off. Obviously I will not be using that company anymore. When I saw the special offering for a garage door tune up on Angie's website, I decided to hire them hoping they could quiet my door. Upon contacting them, we scheduled an appointment for the next week. On the day of service they called ahead and arrived on time. The technician indicated they couldn't guarantee that the service would completely eliminate the noise but said they would do their best. It's now nearly two weeks later and the garage door operates as quiet as a mouse. LG fully met my expectations

I called Friday afternoon. Leland gave me an estimate and made an appointment for noon the next day. I never expected to find anyone to fix the door on a Saturday. Leland arrived when promised and completed the job quickly. He went over all the repairs with me and showed me the items he had to replace. I will definitely call him again.
