We called LG exteriors early in the AM after our spring broke in sub-freezing temperatures. Not wanting our cars to be outside in the cold or messing with the door in the freezing temperatures we asked that they perform the service on the same day and they squeezed us in. They additionally did a tune-up the same day, a service that we had been meaning to do since we moved into the house nearly 4 years ago. They were professional, worked quickly and were a great value.

On webpage asked for a estimate for spring repairs on my garage door.Was expecting a e-mail response but reveived a phone call only minutes after posting my request.After the quote a time for service was established and Leland the installer arrived at my door nearly an hour before our appointment time. After his inspection of my problem we discovered that I also needed new cables. I agreed on the new quote and he proceeded to repair door as discussed.I asked him if he could realign my garage door opener because it had been installed inproperly by the prevoius owner. He agreed to do that at no extra charge and the job was completed. Leland was very understanding and professional. I would recommend his services too others.

We purchased a "Big Deal" for $99.00 of Garage Door Tune-up and Maintenance. Setting up the appointment was fast and easy with an email and a phone call. When Mr. Yoder arrived to do the work, he took a hard look at our older garage door and told me I was, basically , throwing my money away. He agreed to work on the door if that was what I really wanted, but said he would feel bad taking my money for what little would be gained. We talked about what could be done and I explained that I was planning to get a new door sometime in 2014. After hearing his detailed explanation of the condition of the door and, again, listening to him offer to refund my money, I decided to go ahead and purchase a new door from this honest, upstanding small businessman. He went to his truck and came back with his brochures and color swatches and gave a very good presentation of his available products and the differences between them. We decided on a suitable model and color and he set the appointment up for a week out. When he arrived the morning of the installation, he was all business and professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the service and product I received and am happy to have run into such a fine example of an American small businessman. I will happily do business with Mr Yoder in the future.

Great service! One of the torsion springs broke on Sunday morning 3 days before Christmas. I called a few places and requested a call back from websites and Leland was called me within the hour (on a Sunday) to talk to me about the problem. He was able to squeeze me in for repair the next morning and showed up promptly and even called me an hour prior so that I could meet him at my house since I needed to be at my office that morning. After he looked at the broken spring and he noticed that the cable had also snapped and had no problem repairing that without charging me an additional fee. He also noticed a couple of damaged rollers and he felt bad pointing them out to me but I was happy he did because we also found a couple on my other garage door. He cut me a great deal to replace both sets of rollers and serviced all bearings, bolts, chains etc. After he began working I had to run back to the office and my wife needed to run a few errands. Leland completed all work, left a note and called me to verify as well as make sure they will back all the work and to make sure I call if I am not completely satisfied. His work was first class and I am stunned at the difference the tune-up makes on how smoothly and quiet the doors open/close now. On a side note, I received calls back from only 2 of the other 4 requests and both of their rates were substantially higher than LGs. I highly recommend LG and will be calling him for all garage door and opener work I need in the future.

Our garage door broke in the early evening on Thursday, and Leland was able to come out the next day to fix it. He was very professional, worked quickly, and clearly explained everything he was going to do. He pointed out several other problems with the garage door but in no way pressured me to have them fixed. Because he was already out to replace the spring, he gave me a good break on pricing for the other items. This was a most excellent experience and I would happily recommend Leland to anyone who needs anything garage-door-related done.

He did the maintenance package. In addition he found a broken hinge that he was able to replace. I also asked him to replace my keyless entry. Overall a good job.

It went very well. He stated he would be here between 9-9:15 and he arrived at 9am.

LG Exteriors arrived on schedule and completed a roller tune up of my garage door. He answered all my questions about maintenance. While he was here, I asked him about a second door and he diagnosed the problem and gave me a cost estimate. He fixed a minor problem with the bolt on that door so it will be easier to lift. I couldn't be happier with the job that he did.

Leland is very personable and his service is top notch. He's honest and prompt and we couldn't be happier with the door and opening he installed.

This service provider was awesome. I took advantage of an Angie deal. I was emailed less than 24 hrs after my initial purchase. My appointment was set up the next day. Every promise that was made: contact times, appt time and calls were exactly as Lendel the owner described. When he came he spent alot of time answering my questions about our doors and openers. He quickly found our door opener issue and went and found a replacement part. He wanted to make sure the door remained operational instead of delaying fixing it as I suggested. He finished the original scheduled maintenance. He found out why we have been having trouble with the lights on each unit. These garage door units range from 13 to 22 years old. The easy answer would have been to just replace them but he took the time to look closely at each one. Problems ranged from burnt out bulb(ps I am not blonde) to prongs that were missing on the unit. He also show us some repairs that were not very well done on the doors. He finished the visit by resetting my keypad. I think he has made this an exceptional business and the service he provides is phenomenol!!!!

He showed up, diagnosed the problem, then returned the next week to perform the repair. He brought the right part and went right to work. He explained everything perfectly and was very efficient and professional. We are happy with the results.

Leland showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem and replaced the door opener quickly and cleaned up the mess hauling away the old one. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend. I will use him again in the future.

I called Leland Yoder at 9am Saturday with a door that would not open and he agreed to come out that day at 2pm Leland arrived at precisely 2pm and quickly assessed the situation After reconnecting the cable and rebalancing the door he stayed an extra hour to totally refurbish both doors First rate service by a first class gentleman - definitely will call him with any further issues

I needed to have my garage door replaced so I called Leland Yoder, Owner of LG Exteriors. He was able to come out to give me an estimate the day after I called him. He was reasonably priced and very professional. The door I picked our was in stock, so I did not have to wait long to get it installed. Leland arrived on time and went right to work taking down the old door. He was very organized and clean while he worked. The door operates and looks fantastic. Leland definitely knows his job and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

He let us know when he finished and explained what he had done. The door seems to work perfectly. We now know who to call if we have any future garage door problems

LG technician was punctual, explained what he was going to do and promptly went to work. He reviewed everything upon completion of the job and everything was cleaned up before he left.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. He came on time. He was very efficient and polite. He did a good job and I was very pleased.

Service was OK but the door is still very noisy and not very smooth. I just dont notice any difference
