In short LG Exteriors folks are awesome!! I bought the tune up package knowing that my garage door would need that and a few other parts replaced. They contacted me promptly to set up an appointment. At the initial appointment he determined that I needed a new helper spring and a couple other parts. We scheduled a second appointment to get everything installed. Both appointments were after 5pm to accommodate my work schedule. When he came back out he replaced everything that needed to and tuned up all the old parts. My garage door works flawlessly now. They were very responsive in all communication both by email and phone. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing garage door work!

On a Friday night, one of the springs inside the 12 year old Wayne Dalton torsion bar on my double car garage broke. I called LG based on Angie's List recommendations. The garage door was unusable given the weight, so that it was important to me to have it done the next day. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and give me a price to replace it. He recommended a different type of spring set-up with the springs on the outside of the bar as one that would hold up better over time. He gave a window of time for Saturday. He showed up on time, did the work, cleaned up the job site, and the door works perfectly. Highly recommend.

LG was very timely. They knew what was wrong with my system very quickly and had it fixed in no time. I was very pleased with the skills and knowledge that they had and the manner that they represented themselves. I would use LG Exteriors on any other problems that I have with my garage door openers!

It went very well. Lelond was punctual and very professional. We appreciate that he was willing to do more work than we had originally requested. He had the necessary parts and completed the work in the time he told us it would take him. Our well used garage door now performs like a new one. We hadn't planned on needing new bearings and repairs on the garage door, but we were aware that it had become much more difficult to lift manually. We were glad LG Exteriors was able to repair it properly so that the garage door opener would work smoothly. It was a job very neatly done, taking approximately 3 hours for the repairs and installation. The repairs and upgrades accounted for half the total cost of the garage door opener and installation of it. Leland was great, strongly recommended!

My experience with them was fine and it went really well. They were on time and showed up right when they said they would. They responded when I called when the other companies couldn't. I had a broken pulley line and it was an emergency call, but they were able to come out and take care of it. The quality of the service was really good and their professionalism was perfect.

The garage door would open with the remote controls but not close. Leland identified the problem within 1 minute. The initial wiring on the door was not performed properly and frayed a wire.. He did a very neat job of correcting the problem in a short time - unlike it had been done initially when the house was built 12 years ago. Leland is very professional, prompt, courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and his work to anyone.

Leland was very responsive. I called on a Thursday and he was at our house that Saturday to provide a quote. He showed up exactly when our appointment was. He was straight forward and answered all of our questioned. The door was installed within the week. He also worked with our work schedule so that we didn't need to take time off work. LG Exterior man came out..checked entire garage door system, said it was in good repair but that we needed a new motor, which was not included in the deal. He did offer to perform this service but it would cost 4x the amount of the $99 we already paid. We simply could not afford a$399 repair.

Originally I went for the Angie's Deal for a $99 inspection. I was hoping I could get away with just that for this +20 year garage door. It was rusty at the bottom, had a dent in it and always made a loud noise when opening and closing. Just recently it would not open, thus the call. Leland, from LG Exteriors explained and showed me the numerous problems with my garage. Since I knew there would be a good chance of multiple problems with the old door I decided to go with a new one and an updated opener. Leland was great, he changed his schedule around and went from just an inspection and adjustment to installation of a new door. He drove 2hrs round trip to get the parts needed and completed the job before 4:000pm. I appreciated Leland going above and beyond to complete the job the same day. I also liked how he showed and explained to me what was wrong with my old garage door. The price for this was what I expected The new door is much quieter, has a keyless feature and is just nicer to view. Thanks Leland and LG Exterior

Leland is terrific ! My wife and I heard a loud bang coming from our garage area. The door was stuck closed and the opener couldn't get the thing to budge. I was barely able to lift the door manually, assumed there was a problem with the springs. I called Leland after reading numerous positive reviews on this site. He was very professional on the phone, patiently listened to me explain the problem , and offered to come out the next day. Professionalism continued when he punctually arrived at my house. He continually referred to me as "sir" , even though we are about the same age. Confirmed that my door springs were at issue. Gave me a quote for replacing the springs. We got on the topic of a possible complete door replacement. Garage door was over 50 years old and way past it's prime. Without being pushy, Leland gave me different options to replace the door, for much cheaper than I expected. He was able to stop by the next day, punctual again , and got to work. He finished slightly ahead of schedule, and even asked me if it was okay if he took a quick lunch break. Price was as quoted, no surprises. Guarantees his work (and the door itself comes with a warranty). Finished product appears perfect. My only disappointment was that he doesn't do anything besides garage doors. With me he was an honest, hardworking, respectful guy and I would hire him again in a second.

The roller replacement was fine but the garage door is broken. I don't know if it is something they did or adjusted but it doesn't work and I can't use it. They are very nice. I thought the price was a little high for what they did.

Leeland was knowledgeable and very thorough, making sure I knew what work was going to be performed at what price, providing me with options and suggestions, and cleaned up after the installs. I approached Leland about installing keypad to provide key less entry to the garage. he provided me with all the details regarding cost, work. He came on time and finished the work on time. quality work and professionalism displayed .

It worked out fine. They came out within the first few weeks after I purchased the big deal and they charged me a couple more hundred on top of the big deal price.

Initially wanted roller replacement. When we looked at the hinges & bolts holding them, it was apparent I needed a new door. We ordered it and in (1) week Leland installed it. He did an outstanding job and answered all our questions and explained the why's and wherefores. Everything was clean when he left. He was a pleasure to work with.

Mr. Yoder installed a new garage door and tuned my opener to the new weight. That evening I noticed an issue which needed his attention. I called him the next morning, and he was back to address the issue within two hours. He is a man of honesty, who believes in customer service.

I had originally purchased a $99 garage door roller replacement but upon inspection of the old wooden door we realized it was dry rotted and would be better just to replace it with a new door.I decided on a new steel insulated door.Leland arrived at approx 12:30 pm and got to work on the new door.He removed the old door and all the plates,springs,bolts etc.He than installed the new steel insulated garage door.and new springs,rails,and rollers.He did a good job and even took all the old parts with him on his truck. I would definately recommend this company and will use again when needed.He didnt replace the garage door opener cause it was only 7 yrs old.
