Leland, owner of company, arrived on time... very polite and clean ... installed new rollers, explained what he was doing .. spent about an hour lubricating, cleaning door and changing rollers... after he was done he made sure that it opened perfectly with both openers. Very happy with service

they gave me a 2 hour window I was called and advised that they would be here in 15 minutes. he arrived on time was here 20 minutes and had everything done. the advertised specials that I was outside of their current service area and there would be an additional charge however Mr Yoder honored the $89 special price without the additional charge

LG Exteriors did nothing wrong and in fact were quite responsive but after I made the appointment, something came up within my family and I had to cancel. LG Exteriors was on top of this and very agreeable. I regret that I did have to cancel.

Door is still slightly difficult to open.

The owner/installer's work was very satisfactory. He was prompt. He did what he said he would do, in approximately the time frame he said he would. He was very professional. He cleaned up after himself. He answered all our questions. And made sure we knew how to operate and maintain the door with the reassurance that he would quickly respond to any problems we would have.

I would give him all "A" for scheduling, price, everything and the quality of the job. Good service. Quality work. Took the time to hang the door. It was straight and balanced and fixed where it was scraping. Adjusted somebody else's mistake.

This is the second time I employed LG Exteriors. On both occasions they were responsive, prompt, professional, and friendly. Work was completed in a timely manner, the price was good, the product better than the device it replaced. I highly recommend them.

Our garage door had stopped working on Thursday afternoon. I called the company that had installed it and they said they could not come for a week! I went on Angie's List and found LG Exteriors, gave them a call and was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday a.m. with the promise that they would come sooner if they could. On Friday afternoon they called, that they could come then if it was convenient. We were thrilled! Leland and his assistant were very courteous, and did a great job fixing the problem. 24 hours after the problem occurred, it was fixed! I will definitely use them again should the need arise and would highly recommend to anyone.

Service was fast! He replaced a garage door opener for me (covered by home warranty). He called me with 15 minutes of submitting the claim online. He came two days later and was right on time. Very friendly guy and he did great work.

Sent an email to the company after a spring on my old garage door broke. He responded right away and came out the next day. It wasn't a spring, but just a pulley that held the spring. After realizing that the old door was going to continue to rot away, I asked about a replacement. Leland fixed the pulley (without charge) and gave me a price for a new door. We scheduled a time for him to come out and install the new door. This is a rental property, so I did not purchase the top-of-the-line door, but I can rest assured that I will not have any more problems with the property's garage door. Leland seems like an honest guy who does good work. Thank goodness for Angie's List!

It went very well. The space was an old garage with a hand lift garage door. We were retrofitting the opener to the space. There were a couple cuts that had to be made and some extra parts. He reinforced the top of the door and did a great job. He was early to the job and completed the work in a timely manner.

He called (1) hour ahead before showing up. When he arrived he evaluated the garage door and discused all the issues and solutions for the door. We talked it over and decided on getting a new garage door opener along with the original tune up that he was called for. He removed the old door opener and installed the new one. Then he performed door tune up as per the "$99 Big Deal" description. He cleaned up the area and took away the old door opener. I think the work took about two hours. He did take a phone call and schedule another job while he was there. It seemed to be a one man operation. Over all the experience and work was very good.
