We used Leland a year ago to service our old garage door and were extremely pleased with his professionalism, value, and service. So when we decided to buy a new garage door we called him. He came the following day and provided brochures and estimates. He always calls ahead to confirm the appointment and the day of to update us on his time of arrival. He did not try to up-sell us on anything super expensive that we didn't need and gave us a number of options. The prices seemed very reasonable so we did not solicit other estimates. At this point we trusted Leland to give use very reasonable price. He installed the garage door in 1 afternoon approximately 3 weeks after we ordered it. It looks fantastic and runs so much quieter on the new motor!

Did exactly as promised at a good price

Tried to fix it the first time he was out. We thought it was working again but soon afterward stopped working again. Came back very quickly and discussed options for repair or replacement. Decided to just replace it and the job was done very quickly. New opener is working great.

Everything went better than I expected. The install was a breeze for the workman, I love my new door opener and the fact it has 2 lights and a separate switch to turn on the lights when I go into the garage.

This is the second time Leland has worked for us. He is very professional & easy to work with. The new garage door opening system is a belt rather than chain, a much better system than what we had, can hardly hear it. I wanted to replace the other door opening system. He said, even though he would make money if he did so, he thought we should wait until it breaks. Good guy.

They came out the same day we called and solved the problem.

Arrived next day after I called to repair our garage door. He was quick, professional and personable.

The garage door tuneup was done quickly and efficiently. The seal strip around the garage door was testing so we scheduled. He didn't have the color to match with him so we scheduled a return visit. This was also done well at a reasonable cost.
