They came to my house and provide a very professional service. He explained what I need to do to repair my garage door and did not push me at all. He finished his work in time and it looks and sounds great. I am very happy with what he did for my garage door.

We originally wanted to do a garage door tune up, which LG Exteriors said that they would do but once we told them of the problems we were having, they showed us why the tune up would not fix our problems. We knew that this was probably the case but figured we would try to see if the tune up could improve it for the time being. They offered to do the tune up anyway but said they felt it would be better for us to just get a new door since we indicated our desire to sell within the next year. They suggested saving the money on the tune up and instead applying it to the installation of a new door - when convenient for us. My husband went ahead with the purchase of a new door and they did not try to oversell us. They sold us exactly what we asked for without pressuring us. When the installation was getting close, they called to see if they could do the install a (business) day early! They arrived within the window they gave me and called as they were on their way. The final price was exactly what was quoted and the work was done in a timely fashion. Overall, I was very pleased with their services and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Called before arrival---on time. Performed basic service, plus, Leland took the time to explain basic service life of system, how to deal with minor issues, what to look for when the system dies....Very happy with service and information provided. I would definitely use LG Exteriors again.

I purchased a deal from angies list and the company responded promptly with a time they could perform the service. Tlhey showed up when expected and did all the required maintenance on my doors which had been jumping out of the track due to a bent roller. The door works fine nowand the price was great.

The opener was not able to operate the door. I thought the nylon gear had been stripped, but actually the chain was binding on the track and door stop. Leland explored a couple of reasons for possible cause (bad bearing, limit settings) but exact cause could not be determined. He got the opener back in working order and also adjusted the counterbalance for better door operation. He offered option to buy a new opener (this one is nearing end of life) but did not push it. We're going to wait and see. All in all, he's knowledgeable about the mechanical issues, efficient, easy going, and courteous. Leland has serviced our doors before; I see no reason to look elsewhere.

LG Exteriors did not charge me a service fee. I really appreciated the great customer service and honesty. I am planning to replace my garage doors in the near future with insulated doors and I wil be using LG Exxteriors.

I called LG Exteriors around 4:30 when the spring broke on my garage door. He said he would be right over and arrived within the hour. He completed his work in less than two hours leaving a perfectly functioning garage door.

It was a very cold evening. Regardless, they did great work and wasted no time getting the work completed. Great work!

I needed to update my garage door since I was selling my home. Saw the business owner on Angie's List and contacted him. Was on time and ran into a problem or two due the age of my electronic door opener. He worked hard to get it finished at a very reasonable price. I was very pleased.

Leland Yoder did an outstanding job replacing my overhead garage doors with quality insulated doors. I called him to discuss minor adjustments after the job was completed, functional, and paid. One of the springs on my garage door broken this past Friday evening about 1 AM. I searched Angie's List and found LG Exteriors having done several jobs in the area and having been rated very high, I left a message on Angie's List. I called about 8:15 Saturday (Dec 20th, 2014) and Leland called me back within 15 minutes. He was polite and indicated the service runs about $189. I asked if he was able to come out this weekend but he was booked solid, telling me that he would be able to come out about 8:00 AM Monday, Dec 22nd. He called me about 7:45 Am telling me that he was running 5 to 10 minutes late and showed up at my door at 8:05 AM. I showed him the broken spring and he indicated it would take about an hour. Approximately 45 minutes later they were finished. Two of my rollers were badly worn and he replaced them for me at no cost, Excellent work, very quick, and professional. He even helped me reset/program my remote at no cost! Awesome!

Had a broken spring and broken cable last night. Look at Angie's List and the top rated was LG. Just as all the reviews stated. They were very timely to help and responded right away. Very professional and advised us with no pressure. Also found some potential problems and removed obstructions without charge. Worth the call. Thank you Angie's List for excellent recommendation!

LG Exteriors did an outstanding job. I called them because the door was sticking and it was time for an inspection etc. They explained what was causing the problem and fixed it. They replaced all the rollers as part of their basic $89 inspection package, we also had the springs replaced (our request no pressure from LG). In our previous house we had used one of the bigger name local company's and LG Exteriors provided vastly superior service in a more professional manner on a much higher price/quality/service basis. We highly recommend their services and will use them again.

Originally I had them come out to look at my garage door opener. They determined it was a circuit board issue. Since it was that I did not use them for that job because I have a home warranty that would replace it. Instead I had them repair a damaged garage door on a different door. They gave me an estimate came back to complete the job today. LG Exteriors took care of the issue in 45 minutes. They were professional and friendly. Most importantly they were on time! Finally they sold me a new remote and programmed it too! I am very happy! Will use them again!

The work was performed as expected, he even inspected a 2nd garage door for potential repairs.

Leland is incredibly responsive and flexible in terms of his scheduling. We have used him twice already and cannot be more pleased! He came on the weekend one time and was willing to come late in the evening once to help fix our problem. He has always been earlier than the promised time and gives a call when he is on his way. He is extremely professional and he definitely knows his stuff! Do not hesitate to use him for all of your garage door needs!

Called for basic garage door maintenance - new rollers, lubrication, etc because door was making excessive noise. When tech got there, he noticed 1 of the springs on my double door was broken. I paid $189+tax for the 2 new springs and he did the other service I had already paid for ($89) as well. All was done quickly and effectively, door is like new again. Highly recommend.

The man from LG called & set up a date and time agreeable to us. He called promptly, arrived promptly, completed the installation of our garage door opener quickly and correctly. We had one small issue we called him and he returned the same day to correct it - which turned out to be our fault - we had something in front of the electric eye!

I called LG Exteriors on a Monday, and we agreed on Thursday (11/6) to have a new opener installed. Leland called 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He installed the opener and programmed the remotes. He also lubricated the garage door. He swept out the garage when he completed the job. That evening around 7:30 PM, I had issues closing the door due to the photo eyes. I called Leland, and he attempted to walk me through troubleshooting the issue. We were unable to resolve it. Leland came out FIRST thing the next morning. He also called 30 minutes before his arrival. He replaced the photo eyes, and that fixed the problem. I have had the opener over a week, and it works very well.

Leland Yoder (owner of LG Exteriors) came out to tune up my double garage door, which included replacing the original steel rollers with nylon ones. He was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable and he finished the job in under 40 minutes. I was impressed with his work and definitely plan to call him next time my garage doors need servicing.

Young man called ahead of arrival as promised and arrived as stated. Got to work right away, finished replacement of garage door rollers, tightened overhead chain and lubed all as needed. Work done in about 30-40 minutes. I told him of issues with remote, not originally from this company and he explained/advised me of my options if just changing the battery does not work. He would have changed the battery for me, but did not have the right size with him. Extremely pleased with service. Absolutely recommend and will use again if needed.

The provider that came out was good. They showed up on time when they said they would.
