It went even better than we hoped for, due to several reasons: 1) Meeting with Harrison's arborist for an initial estimate of the work to be done instilled a good deal of confidence about the professionalism of this company. 2) The estimate was thorough and included an overall schematic to identify all of the work we want to eventually have completed -- very impressive! 3) The crew arrived on time with a cherry-picker, a mulcher, and all tools needed for the job. They got right to work, did a fabulous job with the trees, and cleaned up so thoroughly you would never know they were here!! We recommend them highly and will definitely use them again for the remaining items we want done on trimming other trees, complete removal of one tree, some overgrown bushes and a tree stump. Harrison's is terrific!!

From the initial consultation (free) to the appointment making to the actual execution was performed wonderfully. Denise was very responsive and informative to any changes in scope (on my part) or scheduling that arose. The planned arrival date was pushed back one day because of rain and I was kept apprised. Rick and his crew came in and knocked the whole thing out quickly and efficiently. Rick and his crew were professional and personable. The entire yard, front and back, was cleared of ALL the downed branches and twigs. They even took a leaf blower to the lawn to insure all the trimming was gathered! It was perfect. Oh yeah, and the trees look great! I would use Harrison's again with out any hesitation!

Excellent. Very professional estimates were given expediently, including highly qualified advice and recommendations on tree health. All of the work was performed by a in an extremely professional manner with special attention to safety. Mr. Harrison was present and involved with his crew for all work. Attention to detail included removal of brush around the trees as well as meticulous care to fill and level the lawn and flower beds where work was performed.

Fine. Asked them to come back out to cut some pieces that they missed which they did.

Total cost was $1700. I was very pleased they decided to remove the Sweet Gum tree in the front yard and grind out the stump for an extra $150. I was tired of raking thousands of gum balls every year. They pruned and cleaned up a very large Maple in the back yard along with a smaller maple tree. They also hauled away a pile of brush I had stacked in the back yard. Jeff and his team were here promptly at 8:00 AM and the job was completed by Noon.They were very courteous and raked/cleaned up everything including the street. I was extremely pleased with the work and price.I would definitely recommend them!

It went great. Harrison's was very organized, quick and used safety at all times. Cleanup was great and no damage to our house or the property next door.

Two trees bit the dust in a timely manner with minimal damage to my existing landscaped area. All that was left were the stumps and some sawdust (they cleaned all the brush up afterwards). The owner/boss (I think his name is Jeff) is a stand-up guy too! After the tree's were felled, he was out there hauling logs and brush away with the rest of his crew. Almost had to re-schedule to another date since a storm pushed a tree onto the house of another customer and they had to take care of it ASAP on the morning I was scheduled for. I explained to them that I had already taken off work for that day and they said they would do their best to be out before noon that day and they arrived just before 11am and finished up around 1:30pm. I was still able to make into work for a half-day.

Without any issues at all, I have used Harrison's Pro Tree for several years now. They are amazing, timely, very professional, clean up could not be better. Great people to do business. with!

They showed up with all the correct equipment and removed my 25' tree in 40 minutes! They were professional, polite and efficient! They are now my Go-To company for tree work!

The work was performed exactly as we requested and was discussed! Our original appointment time had to be re-scheduled from the weather, but that is no fault of the company. They communicated with me quickly about the re-schedule and confirmed they could perform the work without myself or my husband being present. We were able to review the work and then paid when we knew it was completed to our satisfaction. We had asked to keep the wood from the tree that was being completely cut down and they piled it on the other side of our property where we keep a sheltered wood pile - above and beyond!

We met Denise First who told us that they could take care of the tree and then her husband Jeff? explained that they could do it without a crane. They got the tree off the roof, took down the other 6 trees, cleaned up after themselves and took care to not mess up the yard. They were efficient and great to talk to, keeping us informed all along the way. On a day when everything was completely awry we put our good faith in Harrisons and Rachels and both were very reputable companies that made things easier for us.

Harrison's tree service did a very professional job. I called three different companies and Harrison's was the lowest estimate. They came promptly and removed the tree and cleaned up after themselves. They performed the work while I was at work and were done in an afternoon without doing any damage to the house or to the yard. I could barely tell they had been there other than the tree being gone.

High quality professionals who knew exactly how to remove an 80' tree withing 10' of my house and not have it crush anything, including themselves. It was impressive watching the operation and how well coordinated their efforts were. Not the cheapest company, but they're the best all the way around.

Best and most professional tree service I've used in my 40 years as a homeowner. I will use no other after the experience I had with Harrison's. They put down 4x8 sheets of lumber to keep their equipment from damaging my yard, a tarp under their truck in case in dripped oil on my driveway and cleaned up everything spotlessly when they were done, to include blowing off my patio and driveway. Cutting the hickory tree so close to our home was very tricky, but clearly, this crew knew what they were doing. It was worth every penny to have such a professional job.

They did a great job! One group warmed on taking down the large tree in the front while another team started working on cutting out the honeysuckle. Everyone was very professional and personable, and they were conscientious about which sizes/types of wood pieces I wanted to keep for firewood.

They did an excellent job. We have 5 acres and have used several different tree trimmers. They were by far the most professional. They protected the yard and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving.
