From Denise coming to give an estimate through Jeff & his crew completing the work--- 100% SATISFIED! Being involved with Workers' Compensation for 30 years, I was very impressed that a copy of their Workers' Comp policy and Liability Insurance policies were provided with their written estimate. Both were active and paid to date. I love dealing with a contractor who is honest and has a hard-working, courteous crew! Jeff and his crew followed good safety practices while working. True professionals! From start of the job removing my 2 huge trees, in very difficult locations, to entire clean up was 4 hours. Jeff showed up with 2 bucket trucks, his chipper & stump grinder and an adequate crew to get the job done quickly. Their clean-up was fantastic! We could not be happier & would recommend Harrison Pro Tree Service to everyone!

The crew arrived early and got right to work removing one tree and trimming another. To protect my lawn, they put down sheets of plywood to drive their truck on. They left the yard cleaner than they found it, and they even helped me remove an old woodpile from my backyard...at no extra cost!

All went fantastic. The crew showed up promptly at 8:00 am with 4 trucks. Temperature was in the teens and several inches of snow was on the ground. I met with Jeff to review the work to be done while his crew members started preparing the equipment. I fully expected a full day of work for the guys. The tree that was flush cut to the ground was more than 36" diameter at the base.trucks. This tree was across a creek from my house and the street where the equipment was parked. When I came home for lunch, the last limb had been cut and was headed for the chipper. Four and a half hours after starting, all work was completed, yard raked, driveway and street cleared of sawdust and debris. I just had one neighbor comment on how clean the street and yard was left. I absolutely recommend "Harrison's Pro Tree."

A six member crew, two tree trimming trucks and a chipper arrived exactly on the scheduled time. All work and cleanup was accomplished in about two hours. Plywood was spread to protect the lawn from truck tire grooves. I definitely recommend Harrison Pro tree service and will use them in the future. Usable fire place wood was neatly left cut and stacked.

Perfection in every aspect of the project. Their processes/procedures in getting the work accomplished were absolutely amazing. We have hired a number of tree trimming organizations in the past but none of them can hold a candle to these guys! They have our business for life.

We could not be more pleased with the job that Jeff & his team did. This was the first time we had proactively undertaken any significant tree maintenance in 25 years. It was important for us to have an arborist advise us since we had 10+ types of trees & shrubs that required different levels of care. Denise was amazing to work with. We had a lot of questions and she addressed each one of them promptly, patiently and thoroughly. The crew was skilled at shaping the trees and excellent with clean-up when the job was done. They stopped from time to time to have us review their work to make sure they were meeting expectations. And they were. The work went very well. Harrison Tree Pro LLC responded quickly to my request for an estimate. The crew arrived on schedule as arranged. They cut back the trees and other growth as proposed. They removed all debris and avoided damaging any of the planters in my patio. The crew worked together quickly as a very efficient team. They were professional and courteous in every respect.

They took out the tree and ground the stump very efficiently. They cleaned up after they were done.

This is the 3rd time we have used Harrison. Previous occasions included removal of 4 trees total, each about 60 feet tall. They were just as attentive, professional and thorough with this small matter as with the previous large ones, They show up on time, looking professional in company uniform, go immediately to work, damage nothing and leave no mess. The Harrison's were very professional and easy to work with. They replied promptly to our request for an estimate and the work was scheduled quickly. Denise was very responsive and kept us informed of changes to the work date via email. The work was done well and the cleanup was impressive. We will definitely hire again for any trimming or tree removal.

Harrison's estimator is an arborist and was personable and informative. Work was scheduled 3 weeks after we accepted estimate, and was done on time. This was a healthy, 75 foot high pine tree, and the amount of equipment and size of the crew that arrived was impressive and definitely adequate for the job. The crew arrived at 7:30 am and left at 10 00 am, after removal, stump grinding and very thorough clean-up of all debris, and having made the best of having no really good place to drop the top half of the tree.

This crew is so professional, well-organized, and efficient. They protected the environment around the trees they were working on, so our house and the patio furniture would not be harmed. They clean up the work site when they are done so completely, you would never even know they were here! We highly recommend them and will hire them again for future work.

They got in touch with me the very next day. The estimate that Denise gave me was quite reasonable. The work was done promptly and efficiently; I was very pleased.

I was very pleased with the job they did. They did a great job cleaning up all the tree limbs and stump-grinding debris and they did the work when they said they would. I was pleased with their e-mail communication responsiveness and their willingness to answer my questions about replacement tree types. I would use them again. I did not give them a grade on Price only because I did not get quotes from other companies, but I felt like their price was fair for the work done.

Denise went above and beyond in communicating at all points during the process. Very punctual with quoting and responsive to every question we had. The crew did a great job of cleaning up the worksite before leaving.

It went great. Denise came out and gave us an estimate, and explained a lot about tree removal and companies. They carry workman's comp as well as insurance, and that was important to us. If a worker gets injured in this dangerous job, from what I've read the homeowner can be at risk as an "employer". Some companies may cost a bit less if they don't have it, but we didn't want to take the risk. And, Harrison's came in lower than some other companies, I think for this huge job the price was very reasonable. They gave us ample notice and reminders, when the day came, the workers came out early with 2 cherry pickers and a chipper. They worked continuously for maybe 6 hours and cleaned up well afterwards. I would recommend and will use again if I need more tree removal. We got the quote for tree removal and stump grinding, but couldn't afford the stump grinder at this time so price is for removal only. But, the tree was maybe 100 yrs old and enormous, and located right by a building. It's hard to tell from the photos just how big this tree was -- I'd say the stump is nearly 5 feet across.

I have called several tree companies and had price quotes all over the place. Harrison's pro tree service was not the cheapest service but also was not the most expensive service that I was quotes. They were the quickest to respond and give me price quotes. They were very quick at answering all my questions. Fit us in the schedule and took care of our large tree project! They did a great job, cleaned up well, and were extremely professional. Would book them again!

10 crew members knocked the job out in 6 hours. Spotless cleanup. Positioned heavy plywood where bucket trucks and tank trak haulers accessed property. No damage to turf on my property or neighbors. Large tree trunks were hauled away and all limbs and debris worked thru shredder. Very impressive. Had to wait 3 months for frozen ground to work without rutting ground. Denise communicated via E-mail, 14 times working the appropriate time and watching the weather.

Both stages went well with very professional team led by Jeff Harrison. Denise Harrison, Jeff's wife, is a certified arborist who came out in in spring and gave me a fair cost estimate. Stage one was completed in about 4 hours with all debris removed and area well cleaned up - looked as if no one had ever been there. Stage two was just as good. Crew arrived around 8:00 AM and all tree/bush trimming was completed in a little over two hours. Clean up was spotless - top notch job/ Ia am very pleased with the work they did. I will use them again when the need arises.

They were tremendous. Accomplished all service in a couple of hours. They took care not to damage the yard or front flower bed. Cleaned up entire area where trees and bushes were removed. Great service and very polite
