Our 15-yr old sycamore was planted a little too close to the house when it was built and it was starting to overgrow the house. Harrison's was very responsive and did a nice job. They removed lower branches, thinned, pruned, and cleaned everything up. The price was fair and they were very professional. I will use them again for future needs.

Harrison's named themselves correctly. They are all pro. From Denise, the estimator, to the 6 man crew that came and knocked the job out of the park. Prior to choosing Harrison's, I contacted 4 other services for estimates. One didn't return my call, and all the other ones didn't even come close to the level of service Harrison's provides. On the day they came out, they checked with me to make sure they had the right tree, and that was all that was needed. They showed up with an impressive amount of serious equipment, and a six man crew, and got right to work. The first thing they did was clear a large branch that had fallen from a different tree. At no charge! Then they started on the large maple. It was fun to watch. As I watched them work, I noticed that no one stood around. If there was something to be done, they were on it. If they weren't cutting, chipping, or hauling away the wood, they were raking the entire area. And they didn't just grind the stump. They ground out the large roots that had grown along the surface in a 15 foot radius. When it was all done, except for the lack of grass of course, you would never know a tree was even there. I can't say enough about the whole process. A+ across the board. From the cost, to the professionalism, to the efficiency and quality of the work itself, these guys are 100% professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and I will definitely be using them again.

They took care not to damage our lawn with their trucks/equipment and helped us remove fence sections so they could access the tree. They cleaned up very nicely after the tree removal. Jeff and his crew are very professional. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They did an excellent job. They are professional, prompt and exceeded all my expectations. The staff exercised safety and professionalism at all times. They were very thorough and left the job with no mess at all. The did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

It did not go well, they took out our cable line and our neighbors cable line. They also hit a PVC pipe in two different places and said it was not their fault so we had to take care of all the repairs ourselves.

They did a wonderful job. There were six guys working together like a well-oiled machine. One climbed into our tree and cut off branches while the others directed the fall of the branches, cut them up, and hauled them away. They ground the stump completely and thoroughly cleaned up the whole yard and deck near the tree.

Excellent! They were extremely professional from the beginning with performing estimate, providing quote and all the credible documentation of insurance and worker's comp certificates. Denise was great at following up quickly and promptly as promised. We were not at home when the work was performed but my very picky next store neighbor was and she was more than pleased. The tree was shared by both properties. She said they did an outstanding job and cleaned up everything as promised. They also help her with taking care of a dead branch in one of her trees as a courtesy. The crew arrived on time and finished the job up efficiently and professionally. They came recommended and I would highly recommend their services.

Arrived on time. Put down plywood to protect yard when using the boom. Did a great job of cleaning up. We have many dead ash trees and have used 3 different tree services. Harrison's Pro Tree Service was by far the most professional. Job was completed that day. Didn't have to come back. Using them again at our rental house.

The crew show up 15min early unload the needed equipment and was able to start on time while the crew was unloading the equipment, the owner and I check out tree that I was pruning Jeff notice that tree had a lot of weak and dead branches that I should consider taking the tree down after some thought I deciding to take it down after seeing the tree trunk it was a good call. I want to thank Jeff and his crew for a job well done.

Outstanding service from estimate to completion of work. Denise provided the estimate. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Jeff (owner) headed up crew and provided a walkthrough before beginning the work. He is very professional and ensured that all work was excellent. My yard looked better than it did when they arrived. Jeff ensured that all debris was cleaned up. They even cleaned up the leaves that had fallen. It was wonderful to see my neat and clean the lawn. I will definitely hire again.

It was a great experience. From the initial phone call, Denise came out the next day to give me the free estimate and schedule the removal of the tree (the very next week). I was very impressed with the assessment (her knowledge) and the fact that they didn't try to "hard sell" any other services. When the guys came to take the tree down they got right to work. They were well prepared (they came with the chipper, a truck to haul the large pieces and a bucket truck for the height of the tree)! They completed the job in 1hr and 30 minutes. They left my yard in pristine condition and even cleaned the debris from the street!!!I I will definitely call them back for some pruning work that needs to be done. The guys were very courteous! I thought the cost of the work was moderate compared to other companies. I highly recommend Harrison"s Pro Tree!!

Jeff and his entire crew were Excellent! Denise came out and gave us a quote the same day I called and then Jeff and his team of 5 guys finished the job in just 2 days. I added the fence row clean up and tree trimming after they were here working. They cleaned up the yard so well; it looked better than before they began. The attention to detail was fantastic from start to finish. I would use Harrison's again for sure and highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed!

Whole process was quick from start to finish. they neatly stacked wood I had asked to keep for woodworking. yard was cleaned and raked. will hire them again easily

Excellent job! Jeff, who did the estimate, was the bucket man and crew leader of the five man team that arrived promptly on the scheduled day, starting at eleven for the afternoon appointment. I was impressed with the care and safety used in doing the job, in regard to both my property and the workers. Jeff showed concern for my landscape, making it clear there would necessarily be some damage, but taking the time to find agreement with me regarding the path the men would take to drag brush to the grinder. He seemed to communicate clearly with an experienced crew that worked well together. Even with a last minute bush removal, the whole job was done, yard cleaned, and the men on their way in about three hours or so.

The work went very well. They had a very good crew and the right equipment for the job. They cleaned up all the debris and even put down grass seed in areas that got beaten up a bit because the ground was softened midway by rain. A very professional job by a firm that played by the rules . . insurance and workers compensation certificates provided. They earned my future business!

They did a superb job. I was literally speechless when I came home and saw their work. I have never been impressed with a company as much as I am with Harrison's Pro Tree Service! They were the lowest bid I received, but that's not why I hired them. I hired them because Jeff Harrison has top notch customer service, best I've ever seen in a company. Jeff said they would do certain things for me including cleaning my front gutters and I asked late in the process to have firewood sized wood pieces left at the bases of the trees - both of these were not stated in the proposal, but were completed as they said they would be. I had an exterminator come by the afternoon after my trees were trimmed and he asked me the name of the company twice and said he was going to call them for his personal needs. Simply the best. Thank you Jeff Harrison and team!

mr. harrison was very prompt in providing a written estimate. he and his crew came quickly to remove tree. there was no damage to house or shrubs. cleanup was immaculate. i will definitely use their services again. i fully recommend harrison tree service.

Cut down 2 trees, removed wood and took out stumps. Did an excellent job of cleaning up - can hardly tell they were ever here. Very reasonably priced. Very professional. Highly recommend

They didn't come out to provide a quote until several days later than they said they would, however their quote was competitive and they have a good reputation on AL so I selected them. They removed the tree and avoided damaging an adjacent path that I was worried about, and they did a very good job of cleaning up debris after the tree was cut down. Their employees and their sales rep were polite and professional, unlike some others who provided me quotes. I would definitely use them again..
