+ -1 moreWe've used Accurate Plumbing several times in the past year or so--and Brian & Jeremiah have always done exceptional work for us at a reasonable price. Today they came by to replace two outside spigots (and associated copper pipe) that have been leaking--with the only access via our crawlspace. Despite cramped working conditions, they did a high quality job--and it only took about an hour. We are very pleased with the results. Always friendly, courteous, and professional, they are our plumbers of choice--and we'll definitely hire them again when the need arises.

Description of Work: This is the second time this year we've used Accurate Plumbing to solve some problems in our home. My wife's bathroom sink was dripping continuously for several weeks. Her bathtub shower regulator (hot/cold) was "out of whack"--releasing cold water at the highest hot & cold settings and releasing hot water only in the middle setting. Her toilet also wobbled a bit. (I'd tightened the bolts several times to correct it, but was now afraid to tighten anymore and possibly snap a bolt. Brian/the owner and Jeremiah/his assistant were able to fix all of the problems in short time to our complete satisfaction. Replaced the cartridges in the faucets, adjusted the tub/shower regulator so that it works properly, and shimmed the toilet so that it no longer wobbles (Why didn't I think of that???). Anyhow, they were in and out within an hour and did a great, professional job. We will use them again to replace our outside faucets (which leak profusely when turned on) in the spring. Great friendly, professional, on-time service at reasonable prices.

+ 0 moreThis past weekend we noticed that our garbage disposal was leaking. We spoke with Brian/Accurate Plumbing via telephone on Monday, 2/29/16, and he said he'd have someone out to help us early Tuesday afternoon. We got a call from him Tuesday morning saying that his assistant would be out around 12:30. At about 12:15, Jeremiah (his assistant) showed up. Jeremiah was very professional, friendly, and went right to work. (We'd already purchased a replacement disposal and had it on-hand.) He completed the work in less than an hour--including thoroughly testing for leaks in the system (There were none.) and cleaning up his work area. Also, note that, upon entering our home, he put on protective booties--nice touch. We're VERY pleased with the job done and, most definitely, will use Accurate Plumbing again!!

+ -1 moreAccurate was the second company to be called to our home for the water heater replacement. For about 4 months, we thought all was well, but occasionally saw the pressure valve release. We just had a third company come in and tell us the water pressure in the house was too high (the first company to come out mentioned this was suspected) and that the cold water connection to the hot water heater was leaking due to a bad install. Additionally, the hot water heater was placed directly on the floor instead of being raised. Apparently, it is best practice to raise the hot water heater off the floor when installing a new one. Due to lack of proper testing to ensure conditions were optimal for the hot water heater operation and to properly install the hot water heater itself I would not recommend this company.
Description of Work: Accurate Plumbing installed a hot water heater under a home warranty plan (hence the reason we did not pay as much as you would expect).
