I had a problem with a part. I had purchased a brand new furnace. They had to come back and fix it. Put a new part in it. It was under warranty so there was no cost to me. They took care of the problem. But the problem was the part had to come from Grove City. It took quite a while to order it. It was a hard situation because they got the part but it took quite a long time. They stood by their product but it was not handled, because the part had to come from so far away. It was a certain brand of furnace and they are the only ones that handle it and the only ones that have the part. They took care of it but it was just not in a timely manner. It took a long time. That was the only problem. There must be a way to get these parts without waiting 15 days. Even after the warranty was over, they were willing to stand by the product and take care of it. I think they are comparable to anybody else but I do not know what others charge.
