I have used them before. They are punctual and do a good job. I was well satisfied with everything.

I made the appointment online after a referral from a friend. It was super quick and easy. I moved a few light pieces of furniture before their arrival. The crew arrived on time. It was pouring down rain, but they had smiles on their faces and were ready to work. They asked if I had any special areas of concern. The process was throughly explained along with the pricing. They asked if I had a coupon. I told did not and he suggested I go on their web site and print off a coupon. That saved me about $100.00. They worked efficiently and quickly. One crew member cleaned the family room while the other cleaned the hallway and steps. They asked for my inspection several times during the cleaning and each time I was impressed. They showed me how to take care of pet stains and odors. They even paid special attention to my aging dog, (he's the reason I needed the carpet cleaned:) The carpet looks great and smells clean and fresh. They placed pads under the larger pieces off furniture during the drying process and asked if I needed them to come back to remove them after it was dry. I had the local dry cleaner come in to clean my drapes and she remarked on how nice and clean my house was! I will absolutely use their services again.
