+ -1 moreWe put our cats out in the shed- eventually they have to come back in because it's getting cold! Wish they would return every call, twice I have had to make a repeat call to get them back out. I get at this point they are probably losing money, but that isn't my problem- it's their guarantee. He did tell us going in that concrete is the worst place to get fleas- but after 3 or 4 services I would hope they would be gone, waiting on a call back as I type. (I say 3 or 4 because 1 time he said he would be out to put something outside at the base of the house, and I am not sure if he did or not- he was inside 3 times now, waiting on a 4th.
Description of Work: We have a flea issue in the basement. First service 8/29/15, better but still not gone. They have been out 3/4 times, do not always return calls, but have a 6 mos guarantee.
