Duct Hunter

I found this company on Angie's List and reviewed what others had said. I then gave the company a call and answered her general intake questions about location of home, year built, number of stories, number of rooms, square footage, etc. She then gave me a quote and asked about a date for the work to be performed. We scheduled a date approximately two weeks out and the crew arrived at the scheduled date and time and began work. I had to leave for work and they stayed and completed the work. When I arrived home that evening I was able to see all the debris that they had removed as they left it in a trash can for me. They left some debris in a couple spots, but nothing to get fussy about. My cleaning lady says since the cleaning she can tell a difference. And so can my wife and I.

Very well. Marc and his assistant gave us an initial estimate of approximate $800 for three hours' worth of duct cleaning of 5 trunks in the house. It actually took them over six hours to do this house, which ductwork was extremely clogged with 35 years' worth of smokers' residue and pet hair and other debris from a former owner of the property. Yet, despite the mountains of debris that the Duct Hunters removed from our home's ductwork over the course of six hours, they still charged us their three-hour estimate price. Very respectful of our home and our belongings at all times, professionally attired (including shoe covers) at all times, very polite and friendly. Very reasonable, given the work involved. Duct Hunters also performed a similar service at another property of ours. We are pleased to report the same great attention to detail, service, and thoroughness, same professionalism, throughout the job. Duct Hunters was recommended to us by our local Serv-Pro of Huron and East Seneca Counties office, who had high praise ofr Duct Hunters' work. We agree. Great job!
