Description of Work: Phlipot's, has been working on my fuel problem for 5 years. Last year ,gas poured onto lake every time I turned the key on. End of season, still not fixed.

Description of Work: They are the only Marina on the lake. I bought the boat and motor new in March, 2003. First two years boat ran great. Had Stan's pontoon put the boat in lake and take it out end of yr. He went out of business, retired. Started having fuel related problems. Spent a thousand dollars every summer since. Every time Phlipots works on boat, I got towed back to dock. I told them they weren't fixing the problem. They didn't know what they were doing. Last summer, every time I turned the key on, gas poured out onto the water. They came out to 'fix' it. I told them two different occasions to call me be fore they leave, I want to be there. They never called. They pass my house to get to the dock. They have left the harness hanging out of the cowling. They pinched the fuel line, and charged me for their negligence when they came out to fix it. When I had someone else take the boat out last fall, he found the gas problem. The fuel hose was roled under! They charged me all summer for fixing it but never did, and l would have to be towed back every time I wen out. I was in the marina twice in one week complaining about the same problem and the lady behind me tapped me on the shoulder. She asked me if knew of so and so who lived on the lake. I said yes. She said "Go see him. He'll fix you up." In front of the Phlipot person I was complaining to. It is common knowledge that Phlipots is a major rip off. I don't have a trailor, and am new to area, so I had no choice but to use them. Every time I went there I told them ' whoever works on my didn't fix it, they must not know what they're doing."
