Description of Work: The Owner (Jim Stahl) had agreed to do a laundry list of plumbing and hvac jobs on the house im purchasing and his services were to be paid via 203(k) paid by the bank and added to the mortgage. anyhow a week before we were going to close he backs out of the deal due to "too much paper work" and now I have to pay extension fees ($375) every 15 days until we close very very dissatisfied with professionalism

+ -1 moreHe knew immediately what was going on and could disgnose it over the phone. I have had other people tell me it cost thousands of dollars, but he was able to fix it for $500. My wife thought he was very funny.
