I called them the following weekend (Sat.) as a reminder. Called again Monday after no estimate was delivered. Confirmed that they had the correct email address. It has been over a month, still no estimate. They may do good work, they may not. I don't know but, if an estimate takes this long, how can I expect them to deliver on schedule.

Excellent service. Prompt. Professional. Everything we needed done was finished or a plan was put into place in order to get the jobs done. We had a gas stove top installed, a bathroom plumbing issue addressed, another bathroom shower leak/wall issue addressed, outside lights that were not working were fixed, and then ideas for possible future bathroom remodel plans discussed. He discussed plans with us in a professional and respectful manner. He listened well and did not talk down to us. He even helped when our sneaky dog got stuck in a mouse trap! Great service all around.

The price has been very competitive. Its very good quality. We've used them off and on throughout the entire year. We used them quite a bit.I like their overall knowledge and wanting to make sure stuff is done right.

Ryan, the head guy, is a perfectionist in a good way. He takes pride in his workmanship and he's a straight shooter when it comes to cost. He went above and beyond as far as advising me for other areas that needed attention in the house without pressuring me in any way to employ him for more work. In fact, I asked him to do an extra $300 ceiling repair job, which he agreed to do, and then I withdrew my request -- he was totally cool about it. I'll call this guy again for any project.

He came out and did some work and did a good job. I then called him back about 7 months later looked over stuff that needs to be completed . He wanted me to email him an itemized list. He then never followed up. I would understand if he would of called and let me know that he was too busy.

This was just before Christmas, I notified him I would be gone over Christmas week and when I would return. He never contacted me again. He had said that in the winter he spent a lot of time in his snowplowing business, so I expected some delay, and it was a busy time for snowplowing. I was disappointed that he didn't call back.

Ryan is our go to man for almost everything. We're doing a whole home renovation and he's helped us when we get in over our heads. He is trust worthy, honest, and fairly priced. Already have him booked to move some pipes this week. Our last project he helped with was a tile job. His sub-contractor did a great job. The floors look great and were complete sooner than they originally quoted us. I hate to recommend him for fear of losing him to someone else, but he's just too good not to recommend.

Provider is a smooth talker would not recommend there company to anyone at first things went real good real fast then things weren't getting finished then going back to other projects and double charging me for work that was already paid for bn done again and there was always some kind of excuse or reason that the jobs weren't competed I trusted them completely and got took had to pay another crew to fix some of there work and complete it .. Then get to the nice part here pay Ryan crow 5800 dollars in check to install heater and central air unit well need less to say all I have is duct work and a thermostat been calling him for two weeks now and got ahold of him one time he promised me ya the units will be there by Tuesday well that day came and have been tryn to get ahold of him since and he don't even have enough decency to try to let me know what's going on very upset and am going to bbb and to a lawyer to prosecute do not let anyone u know hire this crew terrible n will pull one over on you DO NOT HIRE

Although there was a bit of frustration in knowing when Ryan would begin work on the projects, once he started, I couldn't be more pleased. h e and his crew were punctual and put in a good day's work each day. He was patient with my questions and very accommodating with my addition of a few extra items. What most impressed me was the quality of his work. He went above and beyond to be sure job was done properly. For example, he used treated wood for the shed doors and outside ramp of the shed. He also covered exposed wood with aluminum to make the bulding maintenance free. We have already had him pencil us in on his calendar for work to be done next spring.

Ryan came out to look at the job promptly after I contacted him and sent me an estimate very soon after. He said that it would most likely take a bit more than one day to complete all of the work. His crew came out on the day we had scheduled the work to begin. However since there was rain forecasted he brought some extra help and they completed the job in one day. Ryan’s crew did a great job. They worked efficiently and effectively to make the repairs and did a great job of putting on the new shingles so that you can’t tell where they had been replaced. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up with no nails, pieces of shingles, or wood left behind. They even moved the mulch around where their ladder had been so there was no trace of a ladder being there. They also left behind the rest of the bundle of shingles to use for any other roofing repairs I might have in the future. Thanks Ryan and your crew for such an excellent job. My wife is starting her list and I will be calling you again soon.

I had an old shed on my property that was delapidated and falling apart. My girlfriend decided that it needed to go, and she wanted a place to sit outside. So she decided a gazebo would fit the bill. We spent a little time with the contractor (Ryan) and came up with a nice design that we both liked. Ryan and his crew came in and removed the old shed and cleaned up everything very nicely. Then started framing up the floor in the first day. The second day they had everything framed up including the roof. Then on the third day as promised they shingled the roof, and even went as far as hanging the swing, which wasn't even part of the contract. We really loved the fact that Ryan and his crew took the extra time to make sure everything was as promised, and even went beyond the contract.

I had severe storm related damage done to the house. R and S Construction gave me an estimate, we contacted the insurance company and they approved them. The workers took all precautionary measures to assure they didn't damage my flower beds around the house. They worked dilegently and professionally, even in 90 degree weather to get the job done. As for the roof over the back patio, I LOVE IT. It is on the south side of the house with full sun all day long. Now I can enjoy being outside any time of day. I am very pleased with the work that was done and would recommend them to others.

ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED! I contacted Ryan Crow, R and S Construction and Maintenance Service, after finding on Angie's List to get a new roof estimate. He came out immediately (really, the same day!) and measured, talked to me and explained his findings etc, plus had shingle samples to show me color and style options. Within a day or two I had a very detailed job estimate covering all aspects of the job. There were no surprises. They started the day they were scheduled to start and finished when they told me they would. They worked hard and very efficiently as a crew and cleaned up daily at the end of each work day.I was extremely impressed with Ryan and his crew and would not hesitate to give the highest recommendation...I plan on using again myself for future home projects.

It was a lot of work to be done that was completed in a very fair amount of time. We had a lot or unexpected things that came up but things were handled great as we came across them.
