I have been a cusotmer of Jims since Feb. 2012 my brother suggested him to me. I called Jim about the issues I was having and he said to bring in my car. I did and he called me and told me what was going to need done and told me the time frame that it would take and also gave me a quote. I took my car in and he did excactly what he said and also told me a few things to keep an eye out on for the near future. He is honest and upfront with his work and he cares about the work he does and is a just a great person to work with.
Description of Work: I had some work done on my 2003 PT Cruiser, he worked on my alternator, battery, and filled my transmission fluid that I was unaware was low.

+ 0 moreI called upon Performance R&D to complete an estimate to repair damage, caused by hail, to my house. Mr. Bowser showed up when he said he would and did a very thorough evaluation of the neccessary costs to repair. He was extremely honest in his evaluation. Of course the insurance co. didnt like that so he even went above and beyond to get everything agreeable with them as well.
Description of Work: Performance R&D provided an estimate for my insurance co. after a hail storm damaged my house. Mr. Bowser was very friendly and courteous as well as prompt. This guy gets a big pat on the back. I also call Performance R&D from time to time with auto repair questions, and he is always happy to advise me on a repair route. Two thumbs up!!
