It was a really good experience. They came out in a couple of days, the technician immediately knew what he had to do, and he completed the adjustment in about 15 minutes. Furthermore, they've been very helpful with cleaning and repairing my garage door's remote control, and they haven't charged me for it.

Poor they told me the repairman would be there in two days. It wasn't the repairman that arrived,it was a salesman who acted like he had much better things to do. He could not give me a price on the repair because he couldn't determine what was good or bad on the door. I basically told him to figure a cost of repair and call me later today. He said he could get this done today, no problem. This was 10:30 AM. I waited a few hours and did not hear from him so I called around 1:00 PM or so, of course he was not in. I asked if they could get the door fixed today as promised and was told they are busy and it could not be done today. I told him forget it, I'll find someone else. I made one call to Inman's and a couple hours later the door was fixed. It's Inman's from now on in my book.
