Moser Plumbing & Heating

After calling my normal plumber, Allstar, and finding out that they had no one available for a week I began calling from the phone book. I called Moser and they had no plumbers available that day but said they would try and get me in the next day or on the following Monday and would call and let me know status. They called the next day and said it would probably be Monday. In the meantime the weather warmed and my sink unclogged (it was due to a frozen pipe). Luckily the pipe did not burst and Moser recommended I wrap the pipe to prevent future freezing. They were great not only calling to give me an update on where I stand on the appointment list but also walking me through the freezing pipe scenario over the phone!
