Description of Work: Knueve was one of 4 contractor who I requested an estimate from. 3 of them had an estimate to me in 4 or less days. After 9 days Knueve called about presenting me a cost to install my geothermal system and gave me the impression they assumed they were to do the installation. I advised them I was already committed to another contractor since there was a time had passed. The sales rep became angry and somewhat belligerant that they were passed by. I was already wary as the representative stated during the first look that they needed to move the breakers around in the main panel for an unspecified reason. While I can say I didn't commit any funds or lose any, I hope no one else has to get ripped off by this contractor.
