+ -1 moreAfter the flood the furnace came on and made a lot of noise. The water came up about a foot and a half on it. He dried out the blower and then did the complete furnace yearly service on it and showed me how easy it was to do it myself. He then went over and cleaned out and dried out the hot water heater too. All for $135.00.
Description of Work: Basement flooded and I thought the furnace and hot water heater were toast. JBS had installed my new Amana Furnace 3 years ago, so I called them. The tech saved both, cheaply and then took the time to show me how to do the annual furnace cleaning myself. It is very easy to do on that furnace and another company had charged $185.00 to do it last year. The tech was a little rough around the edges and did cuss a little, but I'd recommend them and the Amana furnace to everyone.

Description of Work: Purchased a thru the wall heat pump from them. They installed it along with making changes to the electric. Went from 120volt to 240 volt.
