+ 0 moreProblem: Drain was clogged. Solution: The issue seemed so simple. The issue was fixed last time by cutting the tree roots in the line. The technician was patient in getting that fixed, but it did not remedy the problem. He then worked on the inside clean out and again to no avail. The process required finding out a very unusual plumbing setup in the basement that required some pipe work. Everything was done in good time and the technician was patient even though things clearly were not going as smooth as they should. I have used Jacks for my residence as well as my business and have been pleased with the service and always shocked by the great rates.

Description of Work: We replaced our air conditioning system and re-engineered the air circulation / cold air return system. We also added a second register and cold air return to a bedroom above the garage and the basement. We had priced several competitors and Jack's provided the best cost and quickest installation. Shortly after completion a problem developed and the A/C quit working. Jack's responded very quickly and they replaced the new evaporator which completely cured the problem. Overall we couldn't be happier with all aspects of their service and performance.

Description of Work: I contacted Jacks Heating to get an estimate for installing a new Furnace and AC unit in our home. After the initial appointment, I never received and estimate. I followed with the associate by phone and never received a response. Contacted the main office again to schedule another appointment and the same associate called be back and said they still have my information from my first appointment and would finalize everything and send it over and still never heard anything. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Description of Work: Service call on Air Conditioner, clean and recharge. All that went fine. As a part of preliminaries before service call I asked for quote on furnace & air conditioner replacement. Never received a quote or a call back. They completely dropped the ball.

+ -1 moreI never received a return call after I left a first message about our plumbing problem on their answering machine, 2/6/14! And when I called again today, 2/10/14 I was told the plumber was on vacation!! AND they had no one else to help. I was promised a call, once she checked to see if anyone else could help us,.......BUT that was an hour ago and still no call!! We have moved on and will use a more reliable plumber in the area.
