They scheduled the 2 day installation to take place in cooler weather to avoid 90 degree days for a cooler night without air conditioning and for their comfort during the installation. They let us know when they would be back when they left for errands or left for lunch. There was constant picking up and cleaning up of the site. They very pleasant and answered a lot of our questions. The air conditioner site was leveled to keep moisture from running toward the house foundation. The duct work was repaired to stop air loss. A box of 12 air filters was left for our use. The duct work in the garage leading to the furnace was heavily covered with insulation. It was a pleasant experience with the Hill Brothers.

In Oct, I went to turn on my furnace to test it before winter and the only thing that came out of the vents was cold air. Hill Bros. was recommended by a friend. I called them and they offered to drop off heaters until they could come out and inspect my furnace to see what the problem was. Immediately impressed. When they came out it wasn't good news. Cracked heat exchange and furnace mfg out of business since late '70s early '80s. Guess it had a good run but time for a new furnace. Less than a week later (would have been sooner if my schedule was better), they were back and replacing the furnace (in crawl space). It took a couple trips, due to having to fabricate duct work parts to adapt to my duct work in my cramped crawl space. 100% pleased. May 29th @ approx. 6pm, went to turn AC on. Wouldn't start. Called Hill Bros. Heath was here in less than a 1/2 hr. Apparently when I removed Thermostat to paint walls, a small jumper fell out. He replaced and double checked everything. Less than 5 mins AC was up and running. No charge for visit, even though it was my fault. I have and will continue recommending Hill Bros. to everyone. You will not be disappointed with them.
