We called late on a Friday as a result of a dire situation where employment was in jeopardy if home was not treated immediately and effectively. Earthrite owner Scott Sowers was the third person we spoke with that afternoon. He quoted a competitive price, and fully and clearly explained the process, including the significant prep work required for success. However, Scott went above and beyond, rearranging his schedule to accommodate the urgency of our situation. Not only that, but he sent us complete instructions via email on how to prepare the home, and was available by phone and email consistently throughout (and we had lots of questions!). We never even had to leave a message, so there was no opportunity for us to grow anxious or uncertain of the path forward. The Earthrite truck arrived promptly, and allowed time to adequately set up and complete a walk-through prior to treatment. There was more equipment than we imagined, all managed efficiently, as well as state-of-the-art mobile office to facilitate the transaction (leaving us with the critical paper work we needed). Scott's team was professional and thorough, and took the time to do things right rather than put at risk the success of the treatment, the integrity of the structure, or the condition of personal belongings. Scott pointed out the reasons why certain things needed to be done, even though he could have skipped a couple of those steps and we would never have known the difference. I am happy to report success on every level, both in terms of ridding the home of the pests, and in preserving the employment relationship that was at risk. Relief is my favorite emotion. We were impressed with Scott Sowers and his company from start to finish, and would recommend them to anyone in need of pest treatment. Earthrite is not only a well run business, but one that has not lost sight of the fact that helping people is the heart of any service. Impressive.

Landscape never looked better! Had years of wasp problems and after one treatment was able to enjoy our outdoors again! Very convenient to have one company provide multiple services ! We'll use Earthrite again next year for sure!
