I was finding yellow jackets dying in my house all the time, however I couldn't tell where they were coming from. Today, I got home from traveling for a week, and I saw so many yellow jackets dead on my window-sill that I went outside to investigate - TONS of yellow jackets were flying in and out of the brick in my house. First thing I did was I jumped on AngiesList and saw high reviews for this company, and immediately called. After talking to him for three minutes asking for a little guidance, I decided I knew I was going to work with him. He said, "I'm actually headed up that area right now to drop off some paperwork - I can swing by in less than an hour if you want this taken care of today." He came, he sprayed, he left, yellow jackets died. The yellow jackets weren't happy with him at all, but I sure was. Don't think I could ask for much more. 5 stars.

He was very helpful and worked out a plan to take care of our problem. We are very pleased.

It was time for the fall application for bugs and mice. Dave called to confirm and showed up promptly when he said he would. He does not scrimp on the products he uses. the entire exterior of house is sprayed, other poisons, such as ant, is laid where needed, the garage floor is sprayed for spiders and such, under the house is sprayed and mouse baits set. We live in the country and can have many bug problems. We have been using Bug off service for almost 2 years now and I dread the day I have to find someone new, Dave really knows his stuff, but never makes me feel I have to do anything he suggests. We've had problems with ground hornets and carpenter bees. After the initial application for the bees, they were still there, He came back at no charge and sprayed again and looked until he found more nests. After the second trip, no more bees. He will work on getting rid of problems no matter how many times he needs to come out and at no charge. Dave is professional and very friendly. We have no problem at all recommending him. If you want the best, Dave Hartzle is the one to call.
