I do not know the quality of their sun rooms. I suppose they are good, but I have no proof. I am down-grading the overall grade because I was misled by the person I spoke with on the telephone. I kept repeatedly asking her if the company did decks, and she repeatedly said they did. I also told her that I did not want to waste anyone's time by having someone come to the house to give me an estimate to only find out that they did not do decks. When the people got here, they informed me that they did not do decks. I had specifically asked the sales representative on the telephone if they did decks (and not just sun rooms) and she insisted that they did. The representatives who came to the house told me that the telephone sales reps get paid if a site visit is made - it was therefore in their interest to say what ever it took to get the visit made. By insisting that they build decks, I agreed to have them come to my house. I was very satisfied by the people who actually came to the house. If I had been looking to add on a sun room I certainly would have been willing to work with them. They were apologetic and said they would look into the problem. However, if you are NOT looking for a sun room and are ONLY looking for a deck, call someone else.

They are wonderful to work with. They work fast and things are done quickly and completely. If you need anything they respond quickly to you.

Met with a sales representative, sold me on their product, set a date to install & they completed the work in a day & a half.

The crew came at the time they were supposed to start. They did their work, pick up the debris and finished in good time.

The installers were on time and completed both jobs within a reasonable amount of time.

The cleaned up after themselves, we had to call them back to fix the locks- wouldn't push in entirely. Happy with the re-do Have some paint coming off the handles- will take them in for replacements.

They were courtesy. They were able to answer all our questions. They quick and responsive. One window was not right, we called them and they came right away to fix it.

Very polite, professional installation. Very clean and protective of my home. 11/2 days to put in 18 windows. Reasonably priced for product and service. Happily replaced defective window. Lived up to their promises.

(Better--Two words. Window World.) The Champion manager came and took pictures and the following morning the same installer came out to address the complaint. We were told by the manager it costs a lot to train installer and nothing more was done. Isn't losing more sales even costlier? Used caulking to repair siding. Champion has a few more features than Window World, but they were more professional. We will use Window World for our 3 remaining windows.

Champion initially installed windows in basement in 2009. They came back in 2011 and installed windows in the front and recently in 2012 completed the back of my home with windows.

I was very pleased with the service. They were fast and very neat. They wasn't any mess removing the old windows and putting the new ones in . I had a problem with one of the windows and they were very prompt to come out and fix it.

I had 13 windows (1 window was 5 feet tall and 7 feet long) and 1 sliding glass door installed. The windows and doors are great. I could tell an immediate difference in the temperature of my home and the amount of noise that was being blocked out from the busy road I live on. I live on a US truck route and I can no longer hear the semi's flying by my house in the middle of the night. The windows and doors will cost more than your local home improvement store, but that quality is well worth it. I spend months looking at different stores and companies before settling on Champion. The quality and construction have been as advertised and all are working well. The service I received has been excellent from the communication all the way to the actually follow of the work. The installers were on time and were very personable. They did quality work especially in the chalking of all the areas around my windows and doors (no drafts). The cleanup of the project was done very well.
