Carpets Direct

The owner Rick was professional and took all of our needs into consideration from the beginning of the job to the end. He was helpful in the selection of materials and did not try to sell us what we did not want. He even showed up on the first day of the job to review what we wanted with us and the sub contractor. Carpets Direct was the third company we went to for an estimate. Rick noticed issues the others did not and was able to give us solutions. The estimate was reasonable and included all materials and labor. The people who did the instillation were professional and did a fantastic job. They showed up on time every day and were done in the time they stated. The work was superior and clean. They did not take unnecessary breaks and took pride in their work. This price is reflected in the level of craftsmanship of the finished product!
