 + -1 moreI had surging idle problems with my 2001 Honda Accord and investigated what the problem could possibly be. I took my car to Kevin and indicated what I thought it was. He then performed some diagnostic checks and determined that it could be an engine problem or could be a series of different issues. Instead of performing expensive work without consulting me, he identified the possible routes of further action and was very honest about pricing, effectiveness and what he thought the best course of action would be. He ended up doing a tune-up on my car which seems to have fixed the issues that I was having. Very reasonable pricing; I would go there again! I would caution you though -- it's easy to miss the shop, since it is a garage on a residential property. Make sure you call first and know where you're going.
Description of Work: Brown Auto checked out my car, performed diagnostic checks, determined what the problem could possibly be and then offered me options for how to proceed. Once we'd reached a decision, he performed the work and got my car back to me in a reasonable amount of time.
