 + -1 moreThe experience was positive. We left and our child got better quickly. We have returned since then and had pretty much the exact same experiences.
Description of Work: Child had respiratory infection. She saw him and provided prescription and advice on over-the-counter meds. She does not offer info unless asked but does not seem to mind answering questions.

 + -1 moreDr. Ritz gives comprehensive information and will spend as much time as I need to understand a situation. His only interest when we see him is the health and wellbeing of my children. He is a wonderful doctor to my children. (And the ties he wears are a big hit with my boys!!)
Description of Work: Dr. Ritz provides the primary care for our children since we returned to Findlay just over 2 years ago. He was also their physician from their birth to 4 years. When we came back to Findlay we naturally returned to Dr. Ritz, as he was an excellent health care provider in the beginning of our children's lives.

 + -1 moreI have taken my grand kids there. My grandson was scared to go and they made him feel real comfortable. They also get a prize after they are done. There hasn't been any problem getting pretty quick.
Description of Work: I took my grand kids to Blanchard Valley Pediatrics for dental care.

 + -1 moreThoroughly examine my son. Suggested it was a viral infection. It needed to run it course. Which it did. I have delt with Dr. Beck for over 20 years. He has always been courtious and very thorough. Always answers any questions I have. Always open for discussions. Something doesn't work, willing to try another avenue. Never has the attitude that he is always right. Willing to hear a mother's concerns.
Description of Work: My son was sick. Flu symptoms.

 + -1 moreThis is my 2 year old son's primary doctor. She is very clear about is wrong with my son when I bring him in when he is sick. She always answers my questions and being a first time mom I have plenty of those! She is great with my son and he actually sits there while she does her exam!!
Description of Work: She does my son's check ups and emergency check ups.
