+ -1 moreWhen requesting service for my refrigerator the first question I was asked was from where was the refrigerator purchased. I responded that it was purchased from Lowe's. He then said that they don't work on them. I wasn't sure what he meant so I then told him that it was a Whirlpool brand. Then he said that they didn't sell Whirlpool so they don't work on them. It would have been nice to know this in advance of calling that Bindel's only service what they sell. For what it may be worth, I don't know what lines they sell.

+ -1 moreThe installer was quick and professional. The old unit was removed and the entire job was completed in a little over an hour. He cleaned up the area and made sure everything was working and done to our satisfaction.

+ -1 moreWhen we have called in reference to parts, they have been honest and helpful every time. Bindel's could have made a lot of money off of us had they just taken our order for parts we did not need, but they have consistently walked us through the issue, made suggestions, been correct, and saved us hundreds of dollars!
Description of Work: We had a problem with our dryer not operating properly.There was no heat. My husband called Bindel's to get a part. He had called before. I am not sure who he has talked to, but both times, the man walked him through checking some items on the dryer to find the problem. The first time it was the dryer making noise, not the heat. My husband thought he knew what part he needed, but the salesman disagreed and gave his opinion on the problem. He explained to my husband that if he purchased the part he thought he needed to replace, he could not exchange it if it was not what he needed. And it was a more expensive part than the one the salesman believed we needed to change. My husband took his advice, ordered the part, picked it up, installed it, and the dryer worked beautifully!
