Homeowner beware! They are expensive, do not use quality products and workmanship is poor. Staff are not knowledgeable about building codes, use shortcuts and will hide them from homeowners, putting you, your family and your home in danger. This company is not as knowledgeable as they want you to think.

Upfront about all the needs. Does gently upsell but worthwhile.

Chris was a wonderful worker and explained what he was doing. He installed junction boxes for the new microwave/wall oven because the existing wiring could have caused a fire. He measured and planned the improved connection. He was enthusiastic about his work and friendly. He is a great electrician.

Troy did an AMAZING job on installing our tankless water heater. Everything is organized, looks great, and works great! Troy was efficient and wonderful to be around while completing the job. We have had many services done to our house by Beltz, including adding an air purifying system to our HVAC system (which they also installed for us when our previous one bit the dust). They are always upfront about their costs and give you options to choose from while also explaining everything thoroughly so there are no surprises. Enjoying our hot water and fresh smelling air!!

The customer service was pleasant but their response and professionalism was below â  0â  . I called on Friday and explained the problem and that I had a stroke and couldnâ  t make the repairs. I was told that they could take care of it on Saturday and that someone would call around 8-8:30am with an ETA. I got a text message at almost 9:30am that they should be here in the afternoon. I received a call from Ben after 2:00pm that their one technician on duty could not come until Tuesday and offered me a $50 credit, like that was supposed to fix the problem. I told him that we couldnâ  t use our kitchen sink at all, and to just cancel the call. This was the most outrageous, unprofessional breach of verbal agreement and trust I have had in some time.

They responded to my request for service immediately and had me scheduled that week. Eric was the electrician that did the work and he did a great job.

Over all great people, great business! Kind of pricey but you get what you pay for!! Very good quality work and good products! Life long customer for sure!

They overcharged for the parts. 1400.00 for a 24 gal water pressure tank. It is less than 300.00 at Lowes and regulator switch was charged 694.00 and its 120.00 at Lowes. Stay away from this company. We were charged 2500.00 for this task. Another plumber after the fact said he could have done the job for 800.00. Beltz took advantage of customer. That is what happens when you get old and can not do the Job yourself.
