Description of Work: Bi-weekly house cleaning. The cleaning crew always did a great job and were always very prompt. The biggest issue was difficulty communicating with the owner/operator of the business. Whenever we called we would always get voicemail. We would leave messages and many times did not get return calls. When we were able to finally talk to the owner, we would usually get excuses why we did not hear back promptly.

 + -1 moreVery pleased with their services for housecleaning. They are punctual, friendly, reasonably priced and do a good job. We have used them on a weekly basis for the past 18 months. The only complaint is that they are sometimes difficult to reach by phone, although they usually return our calls in a reasonable timeframe.
Description of Work: They clean the bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, vacuum the house, make the beds, mop the floors and dust as needed. They have been willing to do additional, occasional cleaning on request for no additional charge. Also, they offer more intensive, special request cleaning for an additional fee and an annual, in-depth "spring cleaning".

 + -1 moreMy wife spotted this company working at our neighbors house and approached the cleaners on how she could get in touch with the sales people for an estimate on our home. We scheduled an appointment with the cleaning manager, Sherri. Sherri missed the appointment but did send out a cleaning crew to walk through the house and give us an estimate($65.) after we called to see what happened (she forgot = bad sign). Now my wife and I were hesitant to offer them any of our business but we checked with our neighbor. So we called Sherri and told her to go ahead and put us on the schedule for a bi-weekly cleaning. Sherri would need a couple of days to review the schedule and see where we would fit into the cleaning cycle. Three weeks later we haven't heard back from Sherri or anyone else at Sparkle Clean. So if you're looking for a cleaning service don't consider this one since they have a problem getting back to prospective clients.
