+ -1 moreI was grandfathered and had a good rate. He had to replace the receiver on the dish. He didn't give me a bill to turn into my insurance. He had me sign something that actually locked me into a two year commitment. I have called all over the country to try and get the paper to turn into my insurance. All what happened is that I lost my grandfathered rate. Now, they have raised my rates. On May 27,2010 I talked to a customer service rep. and they said I could pay $55.98 until May of 2011. She said she would give me Stars for three months. After three months they started charging me for the free movie channel even though I called in and canceled it. The bill that I receive is nothing that they promise. They keep telling me everything will be OK and it will fix itself next month. They keep running a balance on my account.
Description of Work: Lightning hit my dish receiver and they came out to fix it.
