Bamm moving

The movers showed up 3 hours late. They smoked while they were moving and took smoke breaks. They were very out of shape so a 3 hour job took 5 and I was charged an extra $200 for that. They swore they didn't need to use rope to tie things down, because they packed in such a way that everything was tight and didn't move. I have a stained glass chandeliwe with an "L-shape" dint in it that proves otherwise. I had 24 blankets to use and they only used 12. They turned my like new dining room table upside down onto the metal with no blankets at all and the metal scraped the finish all over and left terrible black marks. I had double checked that they were putting blankets around all the furniture and they promised that they did, but they did not. The finish is ruined. They did the same thing to a painted bookshelf. When I told the owner about it, he ignored what I told him, threatened not to finish the cleaning job I hired them for until I paid for the extra hours, and then tried to shame me by saying my house was really dirty because of fruit juice and other jars leaking in the refrigerator and because pizza was burned on the bottom of the stove. I had tried cleaning the house completely, but I had injured my back and I could not do it. If you use these folks, you will get your nice furniture ruined, they will be very slow and charge you extra for it, and you'll be threatened any way they can if they do anything wrong to you. Fair warning.

The 2 movers showed up very unmotivated. They tried to convince us that they couldn’t get all amour things moved in the 4 hours and all we needed was large furniture and heavy boxes. They tried to talk ya into canceling that day and rescheduling for four movers the next day. One mover even opened iPhone of my drawers to see how much I still needed to pack. I was livid. That’s non of his business what we didn't have packed. We didn’t intend on them moving us out completely and even made that very clear. I kindly told the guy he was starting to stress me out and he stated I would be more stressed out once I saw how much they didn’t get done. They definitely made it clear they were not in the mood to work that day. Terrible work ethic and lacked in ability to problem solve. By the grace of God, we had friends show up out of nowhere right as we fired the movers.

B.A.M.M. Movers moved our belongings to a storage unit on April 19, 2018 and did a fantastic job. Myke & Dave were very courteous, hard-working, and careful with our stuff. They showed up on time, assessed the situation and got to work. We were totally satisfied and would hire this company again.

The first time went well and I paid a $100 tip for 4 hours work but when I scheduled for the following weekend they never showed up and did not answer the phone or return my call. I ended up having to find other help to load the truck the second time. DO NOT USE them they are unreliable.

They worked very quickly, there were polite and extremely efficient. They really went above and beyond.

I will use them again

The day after I placed my order I spoke with BAMM and they immediately tried to ask for more money. I explained that if they were changing their requirements that they should speak to U-haul. They agreed to do my move and we confirmed both the day and time. When the actual move happened about 10 days later, I called to reconfirm that they were coming that evening. I got an answering machine and left a message with my phone number. An hour and half later I called back blocking my number. This time Myke answered the phone. He said that the move was not scheduled that day. I told him that I had the email sent to me confirming that the move was for that day and time and that we had confirmed that with him 10 days prior. He said he would see what he could do and call me back. I became concerned because the rented truck was due the next morning and extra fees would apply if it was late. I called U-haul to ask for their assistance when Myke did not answer my next two phone calls. U-haul spoke with him, he told them he was not going to follow through with the job. I had to find someone at 5 pm at night to come unload the truck that charged twice as much. I would not recommend this company.
