Description of Work: Called about having an estimate done for a deck. Quick response and Chad came out next day when he said he'd be there, he looked over the area and listen to a couple of ideas my wife & were considering and let him know we were open to suggestions . Was told it was something they could do & I would have a quote in the next few days. That day came & went, I e-mailed Chad w/ contact info. a few days after quote was to be completed just in case he wrote something down wrong. No response. Would have appreciated a call or e-mail if it was determined to be a project they could not complete.

+ -1 moreUltimatley we didn't have the deck built becuase of our own budget but would highly recommened him to others and would call his company for future jobs.
Description of Work: We had Reis Remodeling provide us with a quote for a deck in our back yard. Chad was punctual and professional and fielded many phone calls from us asking additional information. His computer generated deck design was a nice touch.

+ -1 moreRapid phone response to arrange a time to discuss the plan and cost. Chad researched that materials would be available and confirmed start of project within 24 hours. Work was completed within 5 days. Each day the work space was kept neat and clean, very conscious not to leave dirt or dust in any work space. All supplies and tools were kept neatly stored. Very open to discuss progress and adjustments to plan. Provided receipts of materials. Constant professionals. Excellent service and product.
Description of Work: Built in shelves around a window. Shelves very detailed with built in desk, extra outlets, decorative molding, encased a radiator and build a window seat. Closet shelves and organizer also built.
