Excellent, professional approach. Slightly lacking in timely communications. Coordinator more of an in between news bearer. Would have preferred timely calls from owner instead. Only slight drawback.

All work was professionally done. Final result looks great! Some minor communication issues. I would never have known final work was done had I not noticed it myself. I would definitely recommend their work.

They showed up on time and finished quickly. Everything was professionally done.
Description of Work: I hired them for work at our community clubhouse. First to re-hang an inside double door that was badly out of alignment. They repaired the door and the wall around it. Works perfectly! Second to remove some outside warped and wet siding and replace it. Looks great!

it was okay, I chose to go with another contractor
Description of Work: Kirk came to my house to provide an estimate for bathroom remodels. Overall his prices were similar to the other quotes. I chose not to go with him because he did not really listen to what I had to to say. When I looked further at the estimate, it was for one bathroom only and I wanted both the master bath and the guest bath done. I even showed him what I wanted done in the guest bathroom

I am sorry [Member Name] felt like I wasn't listening to her. We discussed different options for her bathroom that would fit her budget. I even showed her a neighbor's bathroom that we were working on. I assumed I was quoting the job per Mrs. Wojciak specifications. The reason I didn't quote the 2nd bathroom is because I mentioned to her it may not fit within her budget and I would quote the 1st bathroom and we would go from there. I will be more attentive to my customer's idea's in the future.

The work was done very well. I would say A on their work. However, they did damage some furniture, not totally damage but they scratched it off. Only because at the very small place, they have to move stuff from room to room and back and forth, so, that was my only complaint for some of the furniture was knocked up. Together a review and tell other people to either put an A. I am in a very small condo and do not have a garage area or any place to put it away. And that is what people would have to do, get it away and put it somewhere. I would say, probably $20000 to $25000 for the entire work which was painting carpet of completely bathroom, wall to wall, everything was new in the bathroom. New flooring, everywhere paint, ceiling fixtures, and a lot of work. Overall, everything was fine. I will give them an A everywhere. The work was done very well. They were very polite and the issues I had, the owner adjusted immediately. They were very clean. They cleaned up every day after they were done. They cleaned up any messes, dirt, dust, and it was clean. They were very business like.
Description of Work: They had to move a bunch of stuff because I had carpet in and all of the moving is what cause some of the damage of the furniture.

Thank you for the review. [Member Name] is correct that her apartment was very small and we had to move her furniture and belongings around a lot to complete the work in each room. I feel my crew protected the furniture very well under the circumstances. I am not sure if some of the scratches were there or if we did them. I did talk to[Member Name] about the issue and she said she would get a furniture pen which I used to repair the scratches. In the future, I will inspect the customer's furniture and note any damage prior to starting the work. I hope you enjoy your newly remodeled apartment.

they did an excellent job cutting the cement and did the best they could to keep the dust down to a minimum. when the job was done they told me the carpet guy would then install the plug after tjew new carpet was laid. ...which they said they wouldn;t. So then we called back and asked them to come back because the carpet guy said the screws were too short.. It took so long for them to come back I finally had my son-in-law trim the carpet and install the plug..They did eventually call back but by then the job was done...I made the mistake of paying them before the job was totally completed. On the whole I was very happy with the work they did and I am going to use them to add an extension to my outside porch in the spring.
Description of Work: they dug a trough in the cement floor of my bedroom and then put an electric conduit in the hole and then cemented over this so I could have a plug (electric outlet) in the middle of my bedroom. the bedroom is on a cement slab.

I apologize for the miscommunication. It was my understanding that my electrician stopped out within 2 days of the carpet installation to secure the receptacle with longer screws. When the electrician showed up, Mr. [member name removed] mentioned it was already taken of and not to worry about it.

The existing bathroom was completely gutted and totally restored with new tile, toilet, sink, vanity and electrical fixtures. They were very punctual, professional and tidy.
Description of Work: Bathroom Renovation. Complete redo from the studs.
Kirk remodeled the upstairs bathroom completely down to the 2 x 4 wall studs, installed a completely new shower with tile, relocated the toilet, added new faucets, and a storage cabinet. In the bedrooms new baseboards were added, doors were painted and hardware installed. He also had to move a window to fit the new garage/roof that was also going to be built. The work upstairs is awesome! I was please with the work, the mess was cleaned up and it was done in a timely manner. Everyday I came home I could see progress. On the first floor, I can't even begin to outline the work - there was so much and it has made a huge difference in the appearance and feel of the house. He added a new garage, front porch, new roof and siding outside. Inside we changed a bedroom into the laundry room and added a closet. He completely re-configured the hallway to accommodate more space and relocated the linen closet. The main bathroom was completely redone, added a separate space/room for the toilet, installed a new tub, added tile, and lighting fixtures. The front area of the house was completing removed and Kirk added a beautiful door with side lights, new windows across the front and a side window, put in spindles going partially up the steps leading to the upstairs and added all new woodwork. All the doors were painted white and he added new door handles. Kirk was excellent and communicated with me about what he was doing, or planned to accomplish. He was receptive to making some changes in the plan and he was very good at making suggestions that improved the work. My experience was awesome, the people he had working with him were very professional, and friendly. They kept the work areas cleaned up as much as possible and put things away.
Description of Work: Kirk remodeled the upstairs bathroom completely down to the 2 x 4 wall studs, painted all the doors white, added new hardware, and had to move a window slightly in anticipation of the garage roof that would be in the way when they built the garage. On the first floor Kirk did major renovations from the front door, new windows, completely reconfigured the bathroom, entry way into the house from the garage and moved a few walls.

Although I was outbid on the property North Point deserves recognition for their professionalism and responsiveness. They came out the same day I called. I was up against a bidding deadline and North Point extended themselves to assess the structure and prepare a thorough proposal to remediate the problems. The quoted price was good and I had confidence that North Coast would have delivered excellent work. Very competent and helpful.
Description of Work: I was considering making an offer on a house that had some disclosed structural issues. I contacted North Point to come out and give me an opinion and a proposal on the required repairs.

I met with Kirk to determine the cost for replacing several clapboards on the exterior of my house. His estimate came the next day, and work was performed the following day. Work was done fast and done well. I was very satisfied with the service. Price seemed a little on the high side, but happy with the overall job.

We had a wonderful experience with north point renovations. Not only did they provide excellent craftsmanship but also worked within our budget.
North Point did a fantastic job! They were very friendly. The job took approximately 2-3 weeks, they were always on time and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and did not leave a piece of dirt. Kirk the owner was on site almost everyday. I rate his craftsmanship and quality of work A++ superior . We will be using them again for future remodel work. The price was well worth the quality of North Point

We were very impressed with the professionalism of all those we came in contact with. Throughout the project they treated us with utmost respect and consideration, and they made every effort to be sure our home was as clean and comfortable as possible at all times. When each of the three rooms was finished, they cleaned it thoroughly. Our project moved quickly without any compromise in quality. We are extremely pleased with the results. The craftsmanship and attention to detail as they were transforming our home were remarkable. We will not hesitate to recommend North Point... in fact, we already have recommended them to several people. We are now anxious to get started on our next project (basement waterproofing and remodeling), and we have requested that North Point prepare a proposal on the project.. North Point definitely deserves an A+ in all categories!
