+ -1 moreThe owner of the company sent his sub contractor to do the final measurement of the chimney. Then the following day he came and did the installations. He explained the things he did and ensured all my questions thoroughly.
Description of Work: Installed new screened chimney lucent on over chimney and installed new chimney strays on the other two chimney with new replacement.

+ -1 morethe roof no longer leaks. Some rotted wood was found when they were changing the wood soffit to vinyl. It was worse than expected and they ended up replacing a great deal of wood on the roof. This added slightly to the cost, which is expected (alot more materials), but really didn't delay the time at all. While they were hear, I also had them fix a back door that was not closing correctly and a few other items. Really did a great job on everything. Very professional and will absolutely use them again.
Description of Work: fixed the flat roof on the building, redid the wood boarder, and installed a vinyl soffit.
