I've had them do various heating and cooling jobs over the years. Nice, knowledgeable people who get the job done.

I was on a perpetual contract. ?I need to get back on it. They check the air conditioner in the Spring and the furnace in the Fall. ?They are highly professional, punctual, and honest.

The fan broke on my furnace. They come as soon as I call. ?I like the professionalism, friendliness, punctually, and honesty. ?I have a contract, so the fan was covered. ?They couldn't get better unless they gave their product away for free.

The board we had replaced was under warranty. For that reason, Lew's did not charge us any labor when they replaced it.

I have had a yearly maintenance contract with Lews for many years which they come twice a year to inspect heating and ac. They check performance and clean all parts related to furnace and ac. Some repairs are made at no cost depending on the contract you select. The owner, Julie, is very kind and courteous. The technicans are very friendly and courteous also. They are very knowledgeable and honest.

Our whole-house air conditioning unit stopped working, and when we called Lew's we got an appointment for the morning of the following day. The service man knew what the problem was, and the problem was corrected in 15 minutes. We received a call before he arrived saying he was on his way, and he was earlier than the initial estimated time of arrival. Good job!!

I have been using Lew's for 8 years since I moved into my current house and found their maintenance sticker on the existing furnace. 6 years ago I had them upgrade the old furnace to and add air conditioning. They also replaced a section of ductwork to improve airflow to one end of the house and install a programmable thermostat. I have them come out once a year to clean the furnace and check the AC unit. They are professional and show up promptly within their scheduled window. I plan to continue using them for the foreseeable future.

Awesome--Lew's not only understnads their business, they really understand the service aspect of getting a job completed right and on time. They did not have to fight as hard as they did to try to get teh manufacturer to replace the components. They did, however, make it clear that the repairs covered by the manufacturer were not appropriate and they would not do them. I asked other HVAC repairmen, and Lew's was right on--the others would not do the repairs either.

They have been doing maintenance on this unit for many years. This year it was clear that the unit needed replacement. They provided a clear and accurate quote. When the time came to do the work, the crew was on time and were very courteous and professional. They were thorough in explaning work done and very neat. Highly recommend them!

I carry a maintenance contract with them so if I'm not here they can take care of everything, and they do. I have a gold contract because I am gone so much if my wife or daughter is home I don't want them to have to worry about anything. They do their initial check-up for the heating season, and they take care of any problems. They make their initial visit to check the whole furnace and system, change any filters, and do whatever it requires. You have a priority on an emergency call if you have anything that needs repair or maintenance during the year. It is a family owned company, which is one of the reasons I like it. There is not a lot of turnover in terms of technicians. The same guy has been taking care of my furnace for the last 4 years, so he knows how it works and knows what's there. I like the fact that you deal directly with the people that own it. Their prices are very competetive, but they aren't under price. They are right where the market should be. They have always been within 1-2 hours of the scheduled time they are supposed to be there. They call when they are actually on their way, and give you about 15 minutes notice. Normally there is a 2 hour block of time, and if they are late they will call and tell you they are delayed.

Installation went well. Great improvement in the distribution and control of heating and cooling. Second floor is cool and comfortable on 90+ degree summer days for the first time ever. Great job!
