They did a fine job. Were prompt and the price was reasonable.

Everything went well and we were satisfied with the job done.

We originally ordered this service through an Angie's List promo. We bought the service with the expectation that they would contact us and come out the following week. We were pleasantly surprised when they were able to come out the next day (a Saturday) during a two-hour time window. They called 30 minutes in advance of showing up and went right to work. We don't have a big place so the job didn't take that long. We had wanted our dryer vent cleaned out but it turns out that our dryer vent is a flexible tube and not the sturdy metal kind that people really should have. The workers were honest enough to point out that the brushes they use to clean dryer vents could damage the tube and even pointed out a couple of areas where a previous cleaning had caused some small tears in the vent. I really appreciated their honesty and the fact that they didn't try to perform work that might have caused further damage. All in all, it was a good experience.

Very well. It was done for two of my tenants in two different apartments. They were very satisfied.

The individual was on time and the cleaning was OK. I expected the tech to use an infrared device and show me (as the company portrays and markets) how dirty my ducts had become. The tech stated, he forget the device at the shop. This made me leery regarding the type of service I was going to receive. Overall, I would grade the company a B+ in its overall service.

The technician called to let me know he was on his way to my home, was knowledgeable, courteous and explained the process fully. Good Job!

The technician (Dmitry) that serviced the property's air duct arrived promptly and was thorough and kept me well informed before and after the cleaning. Courteous and professional. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I would recommend this company (or at least this technician).

This was a $249 big deal purchase. It was fine. The service was a week to a month after I bought the deal. I don't remember everything they did. I think they were overall good. They were prompt, polite and did the job. The price was reasonable. They were reasonable with everything -- with their phone calls and they responded timely.

They ended up just cleaning and not sanitizing, but that was okay. It's what I wanted when I found out they were going to charge the same thing for our much smaller HVAC unit with 5 total vents. When he arrived, he asked me to point out every vent in the house. I never had to do this with their competitor (the one named after an ocean) who had cleaned my ducts in another house. We are new to the house and didn't even know where all the vents were. They took a very long time to do the work (6 hours) because they only sent one guy and it is a big house (they had been told that in advance). A lot of the vents were old and had been painted over and cracked when he removed them, and so I had replacements waiting to be screwed back on when he was finished. He complained about having to put new ones back on and acted like he did us a major favor by doing that and said he should be charging me. What did he plan to put back on if I hadn't purchased them? The new ones screwed in quickly and easily versus fighting to get an old, bent-up vent back on. He also upon leaving had missed one large intake vent along with several smaller vents that air comes out of (pictured). I pointed it out and he just took a vacuum cleaner to it (not the commercial one) since he had already loaded up his van and didn't feel like getting stuff back out. I guess he really did only clean the vents I pointed out initially. You would think in 6 hours he would have surveyed each room. The reason I rated so badly (I'd put the above at like a C+ or B-) is that we also now have a problem with our dryer vent... I believe what might have happened is that the flap was removed to clean and not put back on and we're getting water in our new dryer. The water problem didn't start until Lowes was out and cleaned the vents. We're having to pay a handyman to come back and put the flap on (it required a ladder larger than what we had). If this isn't what happened, and the flap had already been off, you'd think a duct specialist would have pointed that out, so I can only imagine the flap came off when he did the work. I'm really irritated at having to pay someone to come back and fix this, and concerned about the damage caused by having water puddling in my dryer until I can get someone out. An appliance tech looked at it and said the vents probably weren't' cleaned correctly or we wouldn't be getting water, even without the flap. The dryer itself was still chock full of lint- why would you clean the ducts and not even clean the lint tray? I couldn't supervise him for 6 hours but maybe I should have. Image included is the condition of one of the vents after he left. You can literally see the lint and dirt inside of it. These people we bought our home from were gross, and that is why I chose to pay all this money to Lowes. All in all, I used a competitor of theirs at a prior house that did an amazing job. I wish I could get my money back in this case. I haven't had the energy to fight it.

The Lowe's crew did an excellent job at our house. They showed us what they needed to do and the results afterward. We were so glad we had it done. Also the scheduler fit us on quickly as we were selling pur home. Highly recommend this company!

The crew had a cancellation and ended up coming earlier in the day than we had scheduled. After walking through the house with us to check where all the vents were, they got to work and finished in a couple hours. They were both very helpful and kept us informed about everything they were up to. Great job!

They did a fabulous job. I took advantage of a special price for my three HVAC systems and dryer vent. My systems put them to the test with a large number of vents and returns. Constantine was very meticulous, even though the job took him over seven hours. He showed before and after pictures from throughout the systems. It was money well spent.

HVAC went okay. They cleaned most of the went but towards the end, they didn't even bother to take off the vent covers. They just stuck their air sprayer in the vents through the cracks. They didn't also clean the dryer vents as well since they couldn't get to it. It was on top of the second floor. So they said they'll give me a refund for 70 dollars. Still haven't received it. Called them before about it and they said they're processing it through their accounting department. It's been over 2 weeks and now I'm at a place where I have to file a fraud claim through my credit card company.

Contractor came on time. It was a very friendly person. The work was done on time .... my only complaint was that after the job he did not clean very well the area close to the A/C and furnace; and, the area outside the drier vent. Apparently, the work at my home took more than the time window scheduled for it.

Excellent service by technician Constantine. He was extremely thorough, professional, and did an amazing job in cleaning my very dirty air duct vents and dryer vent. He was on time, deliberate, walked me through what he planned to do, showed me before and after pictures, and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting quality vent cleaning. Great! I did not realize the amazing importance of getting air ducts cleaned until they finished the job. What a difference in efficiency of airflow for our whole house since then!

The technician arrived on time, he was polite, thorough, very professional. I was disappointed that they did not clean bathroom exhaust fans but I would still use them again.

We had them come to our rental property to clean the air ducts. It happened perfectly and the tenants passed on the word that they were very pleased as well.

The two technicians arrived on time and worked carefully and diligently. It took over 4 hours! They were extremely professional and nice. Realized how dirty our vents were. Well worth the cost.

It went very well. The young man was polite, personable and good at explaining the procedures. He worked for 3 hours and moved the equipment around without disruption or mess! Despite my being a meticulous house keeper, the vents had quite a build up. I asked him to add in the dryer vent cleaning . After that thorough cleaning, my dryer is like brand new!
