JUST DON'T USE THEM. There are dozens of other providers - use anyone else. I'll give them credit where it's due - they were very responsive and came out quickly. They just, you know, didn't do the job. They were called to clean the dryer vent, which we thought was done. One month later, when our newly installed dryer had the check vent light come on during its very first use, we knew something was amiss. Taking matters into our own hands, we climbed up into the attic to remove the sections of the dryer vent where - what do you know - we had giant clumps of lint still clogging the vent. Their failure to perform the service they were contracted for likely broke our dryer, and put our house at risk under the false assumption that we had a clean dryer vent.

Great work. We had another company come over a year ago to "clean' the dryer vent, but they did not clean the vent all the way to the roof, so there was a lot of lint left higher up in the vent we didn't know about. Our dryer started to take longer and longer to dry our clothes, and we knew something was still not right. We decided to look on Angie's List and found Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning - they were offering a special deal for $99.00 and were highly rated. They did a great job, were much more thorough and checked the entire vent, and found way more lint that was clogging our dryer vent than Sears did, who had come out previously and not clean the vent nearly as well 6 months earlier. We would use Lowe's again and recommend them to others.

The two employees who came to my house were awesome. They were kind and walked me through everything they were going to do. They were friendly with my dogs and I couldn't say enough nice things about them. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their vents cleaned.

Two young guys arrived on time as they called ahead. Mike explained what they are going to do. They worked about 2 and half hours to complete the job. They are neat: took off their shoes when came into the house. cleaned up the dust left behind, very polite, speak English well, very professional. I would hire them again and referral to friends.

The services provided included a top-to-bottom duct cleaning, as well as a dryer vent cleaning. The experience was very professional and pleasant. The provider arrived when expected, and confirmed arrival in advance. He explained what he was doing before he did it, which was helpful because we had a newborn baby in the house and definitely needed to move him around to avoid the loud noise of the cleaning equipment. The price is a little steep, and I don't have anything to compare it to. Overall, I think the air quality in our house has improved. I would recommend this service.

The technician was on time and explained everything to me which was nice. He wasn't pushy about extra services that I chose to add on. He offered a lot of help with showing me why we were getting so much dust (our intakes were filled with drywall dust since they built our house only 3 years ago). He told me how to fix the issues as well. It took a few hours which I assumed doing the right way it should take that long. I would definitely recommend this company.

Nicholas arrived on-time, was professional, showed proof of issues when suggesting something needed replacement (tubing) or removal (humidifier). He ensured I understood what was being done and showed me what came out of my vents so I could see that the service was useful and needed. I would recommend the company but specifically Nicholas to my friends and family.

I purchased the deal through Angie's List. They contacted me quickly and I was able to set up an appointment within the next few days. My appointment time was in the evening (5-7pm) which was convenient because I didn't have to take time off from work to get it done. Bruno showed up right at the beginning of the appointment time. He was very courteous and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me. We recently bought our house, so he walked through the house and helped by showing me which were vents and which were returns as several of them did not have the correct grate covers. He hauled in all of the equipment, up and down stairs. He was quick and efficient, getting everything done before the weather turned bad, which I really appreciated. Great service, will use them again.

Their technician was prompt and on time to the minute. He was efficient and was able to set up a vacuum system to clean out all of the duct work in the house and vacuum most of it up on the intake side of the furnace. He also made two small windows on the sheet metal-one on the intake and one on the return which will allow any future cleanings of the ductwork to be done. He then had both windows sealed after he completed the job. The entire process took about 3 hours. I felt that I paid a fair price for the service and the whole process was done very efficiently.

The work was performed as expected, but the duct cleaning wasn't very thorough. In an empty house (we moved out), the organic smell was not removed even after a few weeks.

Outstanding! Michael arrived on time, was absolutely professional, courteous, conscientious and most knowledgeable. It was especially refreshing after a previous appointment with a prominent firm failed to happen...and the cost was $200.00 cheaper. Immediately noticed better ventilation flow, but the best result was the cleaning of the dryer vent. Michael painstakingly cleaned an obviously overdue for cleaning dryer vent and then restored the duct to a better standard that he had started with...and a load of laundry now takes 30 minutes less that before. Terrific across the board, and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone -- have already given friends and family a heads-up.

We bought the special from Angie's List - $269 for dryer vent and whole house air duct cleaning. The technician arrived a little late, but let us know that he was on his way. He explained what he was doing and showed us some problem areas. The whole process took about 2 hours. The Good: Our vents were cleaned for the first time in over 10 years (we recently moved in). The technician pointed out that our dryer hose was riddled with holes and needed to be replaced (which explains why it barely works). The Bad: On the main floor, he took down every vent cover and explained there might be some paint chips from removal. Fine with us, worth it to get clean vents. You can see the barely chipped paint if you look closely. On the upper floor, the only paint chipped is on the large intake vent. We don't believe he removed any other vents. We didn't follow him around, so there is no way of knowing. He quoted us $40 to fix something on the furnace and we agreed. He then offered to clean the furnace (never quoting a price) and we said sure, figured it was part of the deal. After writing a $40 check for the extra services, he told us that it was actually $200 for also cleaning the furnace. This price was never discussed, disclosed or agreed upon. He ended up giving us a discount, but we still felt a little swindled.

It would have been nice to know that with 2 systems you need to pay for two services, that AIR DUCTS does not mean the full house - - .but the young man who arrived did a great job and I would definitely refer the company and give them a future call!

It went well, very thorough. Only complaint was some of the laundry exhaust lint was not picked up and disposed of.
