The two workers were excellent - very careful and thorough - cleaning all of the returns and supply lines. Also vacuumed up afterwards. Called ahead and arrived promptly. Very polite and professional workers.

Everything was great!! He did a great job and went over everything that he was going to do before he started. He was quick but thorough.

Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning did an exceptional job. I wasn't at home when the work was being done, but my wife was really impressed with how professional they were, how upfront they were about costs, etc. They showed her before and after images, and she was very impressed. I would highly recommend these guys.

Technician Joe called before arrival and arrived on time. He setup quickly, but took his time doing a diligent job of cleaning each supply line. I stayed with him most of the time. He was pleasant to speak with and enjoyable to have perform the job. He had a positive mind set. He was good working around four kids and a dog. As an added bonus he showed me how to clean the AC coil in the attic, which he did not have to do and was not part of the job. I appreciated the extra effort he took to educate and help me with it. He did an excellent completing the job and cleaning up neatly. He showed me the filter after cleaning the lines so I could see the dust and garbage that came out of my AC system. I would rate my interaction with this company better than an A rating. They exceeded my expectations. I rate them AA and will use them again.

It took all of ten minutes to do. Donot know if this service was better or worse than other providers.

Around two people came to do the work. They were wonderful. They did the work so carefully that none of the soot got on my carpet. He had the equipment catch all the dirt. They worked very efficiently, came on time and went to work, They explained what they were going to do. They also gave me a better deal than was offered on Angie's List. I referred them to a neighbor because they were very good.

Excellent communication and service. I was informed the day before that the technician had an injury and could not come the next day. They rescheduled the following week to perform service on my parent's house. Everything was cleaned for 1/3 of the price that other places would charge, but without any upsell once they got there (like Sears). Though the duration might not be as long as the more expensive providers though. I would use them again for my own place in the future.

Don't be fooled by coupons :-) From the get-go the technician showed up, it was all about nickel and dimming. I did not realize that exhaust vent is not part of the deal :-) and each costed me $30 a piece (had 4 unit, one in each bath; ( cheap new ones in home depot and lowes would have costed me $40) and $5 to seal the return vents ..Regarding Quality of work, avergage; I had a couple of vents not cleaned with old older filters and dirt left intact. Main unit and the trunk lines were untouched at the lower level. (no cuts to the filter junctions or the trunk line in to the house); when asked I was told it is not covered in the deal.same with the upper level unit in the attic... the garbage (old filters/covers were left on my garage floors (not in the bin) I had to clean them. No professional cleanup of the work done; I am surprised at a higher ratings at Angies. I never had a bad experience with Angies so far, esp. with the one with good reviews.

If you are concerned if your air ducts are dirty go ahead and hire someone! my returns were so bad and they were dust free afterwards. Started by hooking up a machine to the to create a vacuum in the vents. Then starting at the farthest vent used a air compressor to blow the dust towards the machine. The only thing I would want differently is to cover up the returns NOT in the process of being cleaned. The rooms had a fine mist of dust left in them. Next time I will Saran wrap them close. He also gave good advice on my dryer vent. I will check my vents often and use them again. Allergies are ZERO

Showed up on time, careful moving dryer for cleaning,looked thoroughly to find leak that was causing clogging, cleaned up area before putting dryer back, explained what could be problem and how to fix it if the cleaning did not improve drying (cleaning DID improve it though!)

The owner was prompt and nice. But he connected his heavy duty equipment to a standard outlet. The outlet was blown. He suggested I reset the circuit breaker. He joined me as I did. I reset the breaker twice to no avail. After he completed the job, shut off all the power in my condo to no avail. I texted him to let him know the problem still existed with no response. My copay for repair is almost equal the cost of this deal.

They arrived on time and were very professional. Most importantly, my clothes dry MUCH faster and I feel safer knowing that I don't have a fire hazard.

This was absolutely worth every penny! Our technician, Bruno, called half an hour before he came, showed up exactly on time and was awesome! He walked us through every step of the process, showing us pictures of what our ducts looked like when he arrived and what they looked like when he was finished. He even sent us copies of the pictures. He explained absolutely everything he did and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He even made sure we knew that the sanitizing was safe for our dog (who he was also great with!), and told us to call him if we had any issues at all. He also showed us what we should know for any time we get this done in the future in case anyone else comes out. We're absolutely thrilled with his work and would TOTALLY recommend hiring Lowes/Bruno!

The responsiveness and scheduling process went very well. I spoke with Constantine during the scheduling process and he explained the process and told me it would take between 3-4 hours to perform the work. The technician was prompt and professional. However, I was not satisfied with the quality of the work. It doesn't look like he cleaned each vent very well and though I asked if he had cleaned all vents he indicated yes. The technician had completed the job within 90 minutes which I thought was too quick based on the original time estimate given to me. I was not pleased with the amount of cleanup that I had to do after the process. There was a lot of dust of dust left on my washer and dryer and in other areas around the vents and my washing machine was left unplugged (though I'm not sure why the tech unplugged this). My overall rating is based on the quality of the work, not the professional of the staff.

The crew of two arrived promptly at the time scheduled. We just bought the house and the former owner did not have any of the dryer venting system hooked up so these guys had to crawl under the house, find the outlet and hook up the ducts to the outlet. I didn't schedule a chimney cleaning, but when I found out the company also did chimney cleaning I asked if I could add it on to the service. I was told it was no problem and then the crew proceeded to clean out my VERY dirty chimney. I can't remember the lead guys name, Michael?, but both he and his assistant were very professional, explained what and how they would be doing the job and worked incredibly hard the whole time. I was impressed and would strongly recommend this company.

NIck was not only on time, he was early and called to let me know he would arrive in 35-45 minutes. Upon arriving he was very thorough, explained everything he was doing, offered tips on how to reduce dust in the vents and even repaired the connection from the dryer to the wall. Excellent service, excellent value and they make calls on the weekend. Will definitely use again.

The service providers were punctual and efficient in their work. Initially I bought the deal to have just the vents and returns cleaned on the new condo, but upon their inspection of the entire system they recommended that everything be cleaned. Because it wasn't something I was expecting to do, they were kind enough to offer me a discount to help out with the costs associated.
