Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

Technician Nick is a gem. He helped identify why our dryer vent was clogging. Great work and I was able to quickly fix the problem after he cleaned the vent . Dryer works great and Nick was a pleasure to have in our home.

Arrived on time, carefully cleaned the chimney from the inside. Left no mess and departed as he came. Perfect service.

Everything went very well. The technician arrived right on time, thoroughly explained each step of the process prior to starting, was very respectful of keeping my house clean, and worked efficiently. After having had several providers in to do the same jobs only to get the run-around, and having called a few companies to get my chimney swept and they didn't bother to show up, it was nice to finally get these tasks done by a professional.

I could tell the difference in what was coming out of the heating vents. I have allergies, and I felt better that same day.

Two men came .. This is per system cost so they didnt clean my upper level. also the company name is so attractive customers may think that they are from the famous home store "Lowes " .. but this is a totally different company .. average service ..i wouldn't choose them again

The person was very honest and told me that the problem was not with the ducts and was more than he was prepared to look into.

It went very well. The service technician (can't remember his name) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He provided thorough details on what he was going to do, did a wonderful job of cleaning our ducts, and was respectful of our baby sleeping upstairs. Great job!

Glad to see they covered all vents with blue plastic before cleaning. Plastic removed as each duct was completed. Did not see them do the dryer vent.

Aside from being a little late, this was a terrific deal and experience. He explained a lot about how often to change filters ( I was putting them in backwards). He also lectured me about the returns and importance of keeping them clear. It keeps the house cleaner if it recirculates filtered air.

Nick did an amazing job!! He was very polite and personable and considerate of our space. He did an amazingly professional job and showed us the results of the cleaning and explained why we should have it done more often. He was meticulous in all that he did and made sure that the cleaning was done as well as it could possibly be done. Nick was an amazing representative for his company and we have already recommended Lowe's to neighbors based on the job that Nick did for us. No complaint in any aspect of the work completed and only major kudos for Nick's professionalism.

The Job went very well. The service man was very professional. He showed before and after pictures and provided a step by step of how he was going to perform the cleaning. Once the cleaning was complete, he sanitized the system which was included in the service that I purchased. I recommend LOWES Vent and Duct Cleaning Service to everyone. The technician call me to let me know his coming in a while. He came early. He is very polite. But I wish his wearing a shoes protection & leave the area clean the way it is. Over all he did a good job.

I made the mistake of letting him work on his own instead of "stalking" him around the house becasue I was busy doing some work int he yard. I showed him where all the vents are and where the Furnace/AC system. and let him work. In less than 45 minutes, he told me he was done... that he got to "every single vents" .. but i dont see my furntitures been moved and most of the vents covers (brane new one i put on) do not look like been touched.. and i know in my guts, he didn't get to all the vents!!. only one main one and the furnace. oh well.. i will not do this again with this company!! I have a new company i got on Groupon for $39 coming out next week, i will see if there is a difference.. but for starter $175 v.s. $39?? I think this deal is a total rip off considering the result!
